Asahi felt immense pain as his cleaved his tentacle off.

How dare it?!

He has had enough of these heroes treating him this way!

Wouldn't it be better if they were all gone?

That was he won't have to worry about having to explain himself again right?

Asahi saw the figure of the person responsible for his pitiful state.

Those eyes and that blonde hair...

They remind him of the bastard that sent him to prison in the first place...

All Might!

...

"Get back to the barricade. It's not safe here" Arthur quickly told the father-daughter pair as he scanned the scene.

"What about you?"

"Don't worry i'll be fine-" Arthur's words were cut off when he noticed the environment dim abruptly.

He turned around as saw that the villain was making his move again.

This time not with one, but four tentacles swiftly descending unto the bridge like a judgement call.

CRACK

Like a domino effect, piece by piece, the bridge finally started collapsing.

It was already on it's last legs but the impact was too much this time.

Vehicle and humans alike began falling along with the shattered bridge.

Debris rains down, somewhat akin to a meteor shower.

It would have been a spectacular sight if the lives of civilians weren't at stake.

People that were in their cars, held unto their seatbelt's tight.

People that were falling in the air, kept screaming for help.

A woman that was an inch away from falling into the water just looked down with an unwilling gaze, "Is this how it ends?"

"Vortex"

A calm voice rang out and multiple tornado's materialized, successfully protecting every living being in it's windy embrace.

It was dead silent.

Everyone stared at the view with mouths agape.

It looked like a scene straight out of a comic book.

"No way" A reporter dropped his mic.

"What is he?"

There stood Arthur, flying in the centre of the storm with his arms stretched out, controlling about seven huge tornado's containing every vehicle and person in them.

Water works stood there in disbelief as she saw his actions.

"Is this the difference between us?"

She trembled at the raw power being displayed before her.

"The amount of control he has over his quirk is insane" she heard her colleague say.

As much as she didn't want to agree, she couldn't refute it.

She looked at the boy that was only thirteen years of age, his school blazer ruffled in the air due to the wild currents, the sun drowning him with it's golden hue and striking blue orbs staring down at the villain with an indifferent gaze.

Strangely enough, Water works felt all her jealousy and negative emotions towards the boy fade away at that moment.

It was easy to be jealous of someone when you feel that the power difference is not too far apart.
