It's almost twelve in the afternoon and lunch break na namin. My friends want to have lunch with me but I declined because I have plans to be with Favian.

And when I'm satisfied with my look, I started to walk towards the café na nasa tabi lang ng starbucks.

This is actually my favorite place when I was in the city. I spend most of my time at the starbucks kaysa sa condo ko.

But as of now, mukhang iba na ang favorite place ko. I tucked my hair at the back of my earlobe before I walked towards the Caffeine Shots.

I bit my lower lip when I caught him intently staring at me. I gulped a little before I walk towards him.

I cleared my throat before I cheerfully waved at him, showing him my enticing smile. "Naglunch kana, Fav?" I asked as I leaned from the counter.

"Not yet. Kumakain kaba ng tortang talong, adobo, lumpiang ubod, at sinangag?"

"W-why?" I asked 'cause I only eat adobo and fried rice. The other two... I don't even know what's that.

He placed both of his hands on the counter and his biceps and triceps reflexes. It must be nice leaning on it... He's over working himself kaya ang laki na ng body niya.

"Niluto ni mama kanina. Dinamihan ko 'yung kinuha ko kasi dalawa tayong kakain no'n mamaya." He shrugged as he said that.

I was speechless of how thoughtful he was. Hindi talaga ako nagkamali na kulitin siya, I did the right choice pestering him until he finally gave up.

Although he didn't say that we're friends, I assumed that he already accepted me as a friend. Kasi kung hindi, why is he entertaining me diba? One thing I noticed about him after pestering him for a month, he's more on action than words. He won't say it verbally, but he will let you feel it.

"Your mom cooked it? Nice! I'm excited to eat now! Hindi mo pa ba lunch break?" I asked while roaming my eyes around.

"Kanina pa," he murmured.

I look at him ulit and I caught him staring at me again. He's always like that, I always caught him staring at me na parang walang balak alisin ang tingin sa'kin. There were times pa naman na I can't equal his stares kasi minsan parang nahihipnotismo niya na ako. Masyado kasing dark ang eyes niya and it glimmers like the stars.

"Kanina pa? So, malapit narin matapos ang break time mo?" I didn't even bothered to hide my disappointment.

I pouted when he chuckled. Kainis! Ang gwapo-gwapo pa naman niyang tumawa. I roamed my eyes at tama nga ako ng hinala dahil maraming nakatingin kay Favian at mukhang manghang-mangha. I glared at them before I look at his direction.

"What?" he asked while his brows were colliding.

"Stop laughing," inis kong sabi.

"Huh?"

"You can laugh all you want when you're with me, when it's just the two of us. Just not in public, masyado kang pogi tumawa. Baka maagaw ka pa katulad ng iba," I scowled at him defiantly.
