I was walking around to the campus when I had a first glimpse at you. For a while, I was left in shock because you look so incredibly handsome wearing your uniform. From that day on, you caught my attention and had been my crush during my freshman year.
When I turned in sophomore year, I decided to make a move to be friends with you. I did not expect that our simple friendship would turn into something I have always been dreaming about. Our friendship turned into a mutual understanding where we liked each other. But we don't have a label yet, since we are still in the process of getting to know each other better.
I'm okay with that kind of relationship because I know what we had is real and what we felt to each other is mutual. However, the reality is even though we are content with what we had, a conflict will always arise.
I expect that our mutual understanding relationship will level up into something that I can name. Not just a mutual understanding but a relationship like boyfriend and girlfriend. However, it did not happen because we chose to stop our blooming relationship and choose to end it. For us, to continue what we are fighting for—our dreams and goals that we need to achieve.
We are just hoping that maybe when our time is right, we will meet again. Our love story will continue, our love will bloom again and this time it will be timeless.
But does time really matter for us? Or we just never meant for each other? I hope not because I am still hoping that maybe this time is really for us. . .
