I felt a flick on my forehead. "Ow!" I jumped back, opening my eyes to see Sasuke smiling, but somehow he looked a bit sad.
"Hey, we gotta shower before our parents get up. And then we're gonna visit my friends." He said, holding up clothes.
I nodded slowly, and then we went to the bathroom.
...
After we showered, we came downstairs for breakfast. Plates were set up at the table, filled with bacon and eggs. Orange juice sat beside each plate in a cup. Me and Sasuke sat in our usual spots, trying our best to casually eat.
It was much more awkward to make simple interactions with each other since last night. "Soo, were any of you walking around upstairs? I kept hearing this creaking noise... Maybe it's just a mouse or something, though." My dad asked curiously.
I shivered thinking about it. "A-ahaha, must be a mouse..." I said shakily, but my dad seemed to believe it.
My mom looked at me funny but went back to what she was doing. "Well, you two seem to get along better than before." My mom said from the kitchen where she was frying bacon for Sasuke's parents.
"I guess..." I said in a low tone. Minato, my father, laughed. "Eat your breakfast and spend the next few days with him. He'll be leaving Saturday morning." My dad said.
I nodded slowly, looking up at Sasuke, who looked a bit sad. After breakfast we left to go see his friends again. Supposedly he was supposed to break up with Sakura today.
"Ohhh it's the little gay boy again!" Ino giggled. I groaned, Sasuke letting go of my hand suddenly like always whenever we would catch eye contact with his friends.
Sasuke frowned. "Can you stop being assholes to him? He's a cool guy and you forget he's my friend." He said sternly, shooting Ino and Kiba a look.
They nervously nodded. Sakura came out from behind a tree, plastering a smile on her face. "You guys are too picky about someone joining our friend group..." She walked over to me, pinching my cheek. "He's younger than you, isn't he, Sasuke?"
"Mhm, just by a year." Sasuke replied keeping his frown. "Ah, I see." She backed away, looking back at Ino and Kiba who were keeping their mouths shut.
"Sakura, we should talk. Naruto, come with me." Sasuke demanded, and I obeyed him. We walked far from the rest of the group so that nobody could hear.
"Sasuke, why'd you call me?" Sakura grinned. I guess she thought he was going to do something perverted, with the way she looked at him, her cheeks fully red and her smile a bit more mischievous than usual.
He turned to me after making sure Sakura was watching. I felt like I was out of place for a minute.
Sasuke suddenly kissed me, his hand on my neck. My shoulder blade had the hickey from last night, and from the way my shirt was loose, you could see it well from where Sakura was.
"U-uh... Sasuke???!" She screeched, running away. The rest of the day, we didn't hear much of her. She just... Left. Probably to go home.
I kind of feel bad. But then again, she was just using him for his looks. So I don't feel too bad.
Sasuke backed away a few seconds later. His phone vibrated and he laughed when he read the message he received. "Called it." I looked over his shoulder and read it. "I was just using you anyway... Asshole!"
He grabbed my hand, messaging a group chat that he wouldn't make it. "There. Now we have this time to ourselves." He smiled.
Sasuke never usually does things like that, I guess because he didn't wanna bail on them. I was beginning to wonder why he even hung out with people like them.
"Let's go over there." Sasuke pointed to a treehouse in the distance. It looked like a park of some sort. I nodded, and we made our way there.
"We should hurry... It's getting late." I muttered loud enough for him to hear. He nodded. "I know,"
We made it to the treehouse, and we climbed up into it. Luckily it wasn't that old. I sat down and Sasuke climbed up and sat beside me, laying back.
He got a cigarette out, lighting it. "Sorry you had to experience my friends firsthand like that."
I shook my head. "It's fine," I looked at the wooden flooring, feeling a bit relaxed as I heard the crickets outside.
He grabbed my hand gently, his pale fingers intertwining mine. "I don't wanna leave, Naruto..." Sasuke said in a low tone.
I looked at him saddened. "I don't want you to either." Sasuke laid his head on my shoulder. "I'll come back to you someday. I promise."
I smiled softly. "I promise the same." Sasuke lifted his head from my shoulder. "Let's go home, it's getting late... Our parents might get mad." He said with a frown.
I followed him back inside, and our parents greeted us. We told them we'd go to bed, and after brushing our teeth, made it to our bedroom.
I laid in my bed, not feeling sleepy. I looked over. Sasuke looked like he was sleeping soundly. My eyes made it to his lips. They always look... Soft.
I got up, walking towards him quietly. He's not awake right? I gently kissed him on the lips, and right as I was about to make it back to my bed, Sasuke pulled me back with a smirk.
"Who says we're done..." He said in a whisper. I shivered. "W-what? What do you mean?" I mumbled.
"Come here and you'll see."

I am so so so so sorry for the late chapter. I was extremely exhausted after dealing with my hurt dog and just couldn't force myself to write. Butttttt I'm here now- somewhat.
I can't guarantee I'll be able to update every single day but I will try my best!! You have my word on that.
Also, warning: this series has a bit of angst, like, kinda a lot. So yeah. The original short film I used this idea from ended horribly, I was sobbing. Anyway I may or may not change the ending... Because I don't know if I wanna put y'all thru that 🥲
Bye bye loves, hope you enjoyed
