"Are you okay, sweetheart?" Eddie whispers into my ear as i swang my arms over his shoulders pulling his head into the croock of my neck. I stood still not replying just taking in his emotions, admiring the soft scent of tab smoke and colonge mixed together filling my nose, our hair sheilding our faces from the juding glares being passed our way by the "popular" group. Steping back he lifts his head slightly as i take his pefrect face into my hands. Planting a kiss on his nose making lopsided smiles fall in place on our faces. He lifts up his pre-lit tab for me, "Good morning love," taking the tab in between my two fingers by my side, "And yes I am just fine, Thank you."
Intertwinning our hands he twirls me round as his messy morning hair blows from the weak breeze, the cold of his rings snaping me out of my love-struck gaze to look into his eyes. Moving his head down I quickly grab his face in my hands again to leave chaste kisses around his lightly freckled face.
My eye are drifted between the different groups within the school, seeing my brother's car pull away from the school, I began to tug Eddie by the hand to his van.Closing the door I looked over to see Ed looking in the mirror with squinted eyes, his hair in his eyes. Ever since the buzzcut he hated cutting his hair claiming 'No one can rune the master piece.' Rolling my eyes at his stubborness I reach over to tie the top of his hair in 1 of the 2 bobbles i had on my wrist. "Y'know when we get to the trailer I'm cutting your hair-" Eddie gasped dramatically turning to look over at me in my seat.
"Listen I promise it'll just be a small trim for your fringe. I can see it's bothering you." I lifted up my pinky towards him as he did the same, "I Promise." Looking back into the mirror he let out a sigh in defeat,
"Okay fine." Although his sour tone in voice he sent a dopey smile and a quick kiss before plopping back down in his seat. Starting the engine the soft sound of Queen from a cassette I had left played through the van causing a peacefull energy to flow between his hand on my thigh making circles and my hand placed on top of his. Smiles were the only expression worn at this exact moment.
