24. Out🚪

"Y/n! Y/n Wait!" Jay said chasing after me as i stormed out of the school.
"What."
"I'm sorry okay! I was so angry!"
"That's doesn't mean you have to throw a punch Jay!"
"He called you a two faced bitch! I was defending you!"
"I don't need defending!"
"Right yeah okay because you can defend yourself."
"I can actually. I always defend myself against him. Hence why he targets me so much."
"Oh come on y/n, someone shouts at you or even slightly raises their voice and you can't even move."
"What?"
"You just love to be the centre of attention all the time! 'Oh no im helpless little y/n who can't say a word because i'm so small and can't fend for myself! But if you defend me i'll get mad at you!' "
"Jay why are you saying this?"
"Because it's irritating! Someone tries to help you and make yourself seem like your this independent person who can do everything herself!"
"No im not-"
"YES YOU ARE! YOU DONT SEE IT BECAUSE THATS HOW YOU ARE! You'll see it soon though, 'cause you're on your own from now on."
"What!?"
"Don't hang with us, don't sit with us, don't even try."
"Jay.."
"Talk to me when you've matured."
"Wha- I- Jay!" I watched as he walked off, i didn't even do anything! It's true! I can defend for myself, why did he switch up so quick!?

"Is everything alright?" I turned to see Ni-ki in the doorway with a bloody tissue in his hand. "Y/n." he said stepping towards me when he saw me crying.
"YOU PRICK!" I shouted as i shoved him away running off, this was all his fault. If he'd just kept his mouth shut none of this ever would've happened. I never knew Jay thought of me that way, i never even knew he had that side to him.

AT HOME

"Y/n." Both my mum and dad said standing up from the sofa as soon as i walked into the house. Great.
"We have to talk."
"I'm not in the mood." I said heading to the stairs.
"This excuse isn't gonna work this time, come here now."
"It's not an excuse!"
"Oh really? So your rich fantasy life in Korea that always wanted is so terrible that you're in a bad mood all day everyday!?"
"...Yes!"
"Well we better speak now then before there's another." Shes right, the argument was nearly 2 weeks ago and i haven't spoken to them since.
"Fine." I said coming down the stairs. "What."
"Well, um, me and you dad just wanted to say, that, w- we're sorry."
"You're what?" I was surprised, my parents never apologise to me after an argument.
"We're sorry kid. We didn't mean to upset you and we never thought it'd be so bad you'd go a week maybe longer without speaking to us. You know we love you and we care about you, we just want you to be happy."
"Thanks dad, thanks mum." I smiled going over to them and hugging them before taking myself upstairs. As i got to my bedroom i went straight to sleep even though it was only 5:47pm. I just knew if i stayed awake id be overthinking everything that happened with Jay.

THE NEXT DAY - AT BREAK

It had been weird today, i normally meet up with Jake at the lockers before school everyday but i held back today as i saw Jay with him, nothing was said, he just glanced at me for a second as i walked past, to be honest i don't even think he acknowledged me.
Jay was the only one who had a problem with me so i could still sit with the guys, besides, Jake would never go against me.
"Hey guys." I said awkwardly as i made it to the table. The all stopped smiling as they looked at me when i spoke. Everyone went into and awkward silence, each one was glancing at each other.
"Hi y/n!" Sunoo said smiling. Jay nudged him and he stopped smiling.
"Um, Jay told us about your er, your talk." Jungwon said scratching the back of his head. "And we think it's best if you know, we take his side because, we've um we've known him longer.. than we've known you." That's a fair point, but i've known Jake longer.
"Jake?" I said looking at his holding back my tears. He didn't say anything, he was just looking forwards trying not to make eye contact with me, or anyone for that matter. "Okay." I said smiling through my tears as i walked off headed to the library.

"Are you sure this is what you want Jay? You like her!" Said Jungwon.
"Yes, i'm sure. She needs to see that she can't defend herself like she thinks she can."
"I feel bad." Sunoo said. "We made her cry."
"That just proves my point, she didn't defend herself she just froze and cried then walked off."
"This isn't the way to deal with things." Jake said.
"What?" Jay replied.
"She can defend for herself but she's sensitive. In and argument with someone, ONE person yeah she can say things she can argue, but you imagine all of your friends saying they want you out. Imagine all your friends saying they're against you. Imagine that Jay, that shit hurts. Especially for someone sensitive.  She trusted you Jay! She loved you! Cared about you! You were so sweet to her and she saw you as one of her best friends! Then you backstab her and do this! All of this isn't even proving she can defend for herself, what this gonna do? It's just gonna hurt her, and that shit ain't right. Kicking her out a friend group has NOTHING to do with defending herself, in fact she can't defend herself in this situation, because all of you are against her, there's nothing she can say or argue with. It's not to
prove a point, it's not to make her realise anything, it's downright rude and horrible. All of you." They all sat in silence at Jakes words. With no idea what to say.
"He has a point." Jungwon said.
"A strong point." Sunoo continued.
"I don't care, she was irritating."
"BULLSHIT! YOU HAVE A CRUSH ON HER YOU CANNOT SAY SHIT JAY PARK!" The canteen went quiet, everyone was looking at the table
"That doesn't matter Jake! She wasn't irritating, her massive ego was!"
"Take that back."
"Why!? It's true! Yeah I like her, yeah i feel bad, yeah this is horrible! but she needs to learn that sometimes help is necessary!"
"This isn't the way to deal with things! You should've talked to her!"
"I TRIED!"
"I never new you was such a horrible person Jay. You're just like how you say she is. You make yourself look like this sweet guy who everyone can rely on, but it's a trap, and y/n fell into it, as soon as she was in it, BANG! You backstabbed her."
"I didn't backstab her."
"Then what did you do hey? Help her? Because i'm sure that's not what she's thinking you did right now."
"Yeah Jay i don't know about this anymore." Jungwon said.
"Yeah me either, Jakes making some valid points."
"We're gonna go find Y/n." Jungwon and Sunoo grabbed their stuff then went to search the school for me. Obviously i had no idea that any of this went down because id run off to the library, my place where no one comes...
