Chapter 12

Liam's p.o.v:

I was waiting at the airport my phone rang. I checked the caller ID and saw it was Niall.

N- "Hey we have another body."

L- "Another one?! Well I'm at the airport waiting for Marlene. Ill be there as soon as I can though."

N- "Ok bye Liam"

L- "Bye Niall"

I hung up and put my phone away. I looked up and saw a familiar blonde haired girl walking toward me. She saw me and ran up to me.

"Liam!" She ran into my arms and I picked her up and spun her around.

"I missed you Liam!" She says laughing.

"I missed you too kiddo." I laughed. "Liam I'm not a kid anymore." She whined while laughing. God I missed her. She was so sweet. I grabbed her luggage and took it to my car with her following me.

"So Marlene I have to go to work after I drop you off at my house. Claire is there, she is so excited to see you." Her and Marlene were super close. Marlene was like her sister. Strange right?

"I'm excited to see her too. I haven't seen her in forever. It will be nice to catch up." She says bouncing in place with excitement. I laughed at this. And smiled.

"So Marlene how's your job?" I asked changing the subject.

"It's great. The FBI are putting me on the Neal Caffrey case." She responds sounding annoyed. I remember her telling me about this but I guess I forgot.

"What has he stolen now?" "A priceless piece of art. A Van gaol piece I believe." (I have no idea if I spelt that right. And white collar is an amaZAYNing show)

"wow really?" I ask. We pull up to my flat and I turn the engine off and get out of the car. She gets her luggage which I take from her.

"Hey I can carry my own luggage you know!" She complains.

"I know." I give her a smile. She opens the door to my flat and walks in. Claire comes out of our bedroom with wet hair and sweats and a t-shirt. She sees Marlene and attacks her with hugs. "Marlene! I haven't seen you in forever. How are you?" Claire asks.

"I've been good." Marlene responds. They sit on the couch and talk. I write a note, not wanting to disturb them. I slip out and go to work. I call Niall and tell him that I'm heading to the site. He says ok and sends me the address.

Niall'a p.o.v:

I was waiting for Liam to show up the scene, when Louis and Harry come up behind me very noisily I might add. "BOO!" they yell in my ear. I turn around and stare at them.

"Ok really? You guys were super loud coming over here." I say

"Oh.'' Is all they say. They turn and walk away. I walk behind them quietly. When they stopped I did too. I was so going to get them back. Properly tonight.

Elizabeth's p.o.v:

I was in bed when my phone went off. I was too comfy to get up but it kept going off. I groan and get up. I pick up my phone and look at it. It was a message from an anonymous person. It read:

Good job bitch. I see you can follow orders. Now I want you to come to the park across the park from your house. In ten minutes. or else. -A

I was getting freaked out by these messages. I got dressed and wrote Louis and the gang a note:

Hey guys,

If you see this then I'm out for a walk. Couldn't sleep. Ill be back soon.

Liz.

I hope I'll be back soon. I put on my jacket and walked out of the house. I was greeted by a freezing breeze in my face. I walked to park. I was waiting on a bench that was there, when someone came up to me.

"Hey are you Elizabeth?"

I was confused. "Ya why?"

"I was told to give this to you." They hand me a note. Ok I was really confused and freaked out. I took the note. The front of the note said:

DO NOT READ UNTIL YOU ARE HOME!!!

I looked up and the person who gave me the note was gone. I shrugged and walked back to the house. When I got inside, Louis was sitting on the couch watching tv. "Hey Lou." I said timidly.

"Hey Elizabeth." He says sternly. I knew I was in trouble.

"What did I do now?"  He just hands me my phone. I see that my recent messages was open. He gets up and faces me.

"When were you going to tell me that you were getting more of these messages?" I just stare at him.

"Ok well until you want to tell me, you know where to find me." He turns around and starts to leave. I grab his arm and turn him around to look at me. "Louis I didn't want to worry you. I was protecting you." He comes closer to me, he leans in and kisses me. We pull away five minutes later before it gets too serious.

"Elizabeth never do that to me again. I will help you but you have to trust me."

"I know Louis. I'm sorry." i apologized

"It's okay babe. Now how about we go and prank the boys?" I forgot to mention that Louis is my partner in crime as well. I smile and nod. "Let's do it."

"Ok I'll get the whipped cream. You get the sharpies and the spoons. And don't forget to hide all mirrors and write on the ones that you can't hide." he says with a mischievous grin. "Ok Lou." We get to work. He does Liam and Harry. I do Liam and Zayn. We decide to be nice and not prank the girls seeing as they aren't here. I write on Liam's head 'I ❤Liz' and put a spoon on every surface of his room and the fan too. I put a bald cap-I have no idea were Louis got from- on Zayn and write on his bathroom mirror ' I ❤ Louis and Liz' in lipstick. I then proceed to hide all of his hair products and his precious mirrors. Oh god this is going to be funny tomorrow. I walk out of zayns bedroom and walk into mine and Louis. Louis was already there sitting on the bed stifling his laughter so he doesn't wake the boys up. "How did it go with you?" He asks me. "Great. And you?" "Amazing. I put a mustache on Niall and wrote 'I ❤ Louis.' and on Harry I just straightened his hair and hid all his clothes." "Really lou? Was that the best idea? Not everyone wants to see Harry naked. Well I'm tired. Goodnight love." he says and kisses my forehead sweetly. "Good night Louis." And we fall asleep.

*next morning*

"LOUIS WILLIAM TOMLINSON AND ELIZABETH YVONNE PICKARD!" (No comments about my middle name) Liam and Niall yell. Uh oh. I laugh and get up. I wake Louis up. "Huh? What's going on?" He asks in his sexy morning voice. "We need to run. Liam and Niall are looking for us." He quickly gets out of bed and runs into the bathroom."Well? Are coming or not?" I get out of my comfy warm bed and follow him. He closes the door and locks it. ''Well hi Louis." I say smirking. "Hello Eliz.abeth" He says smiling. Well this is going to get interesting.
