"She's alive!!!!" Mick greeted in excitement as Stevie walked onto the plane.

She groaned loudly, adjusting her sunglasses, "Indoor voice please."

He laughed, "I loved your commitment to Mac takes Vegas last night. Didn't we all have fun? How are you doing this morning?"

"Barely alive," she sighed falling back into her seat.

As Lindsey waited for her to sit, ready to walk past her, she grabbed onto his arm holding him back. He paused and smiled, waiting for what she wanted.

"Will you sit with me today?" Her voice was so quiet and timid, he barely recognized it.

"Of course," he smiled, taking the seat next to her.

"Thank you," she mouthed to him.

"You guys missed the second club, it got even crazier," Mick continued.

"Lindsey was very busy saving my life with a cheeseburger and fries," Stevie laughed.

"Well, you at least had fun at the club, right? You certainly seemed like you were having a blast," Christine grinned, popping her head over the seat.

"I had the best time," Stevie smiled, "And now I must pay the price."

They all laughed as they settled into their seats, the plane finally ready to take off. They pushed the takeoff time back twice already today, due to everyone's hangovers. Despite the fact that it was an afternoon flight, they shut all the lights and windows for everyone to get a nap in before landing in Washington. When it went dark, Stevie draped a blanket over herself and Lindsey, snuggling up to the edge of her seat. He watched her curiously, not mad at the fact that she seemed to want him for support right now.

"You're probably exhausted," she whispered as she took his hand in hers under the blanket.

"I'm fine," he shrugged looking back into her brown eyes. "How are you feeling?"

"Better I think. Just really tired still."

"Sleep," he instructed as he kissed her hand in his. She watched him intently, nervously swallowing as he created goosebumps down her body. With a nod, she leaned back in her seat, not letting his hand go completely from hers as she closed her eyes again.

Not even three hours later, their plane was landing in Washington. Luckily, their show there wasn't until tomorrow night, so they had the rest of today to relax and sleep. Stevie couldn't stop staring at Lindsey the entire car ride to the hotel. It had been so long since he took care of her like he did the night before, she had forgotten just how sweet his soft side could be. It filled her with immense love and gratitude, and slight embarrassment, as she remembered him laying on the bathroom floor with her.

"You probably want some alone time, but uh, I feel like I owe you a nicer room service dinner tonight?" She smiled as they walked into the hotel.

"Is that an invitation?"

She nodded, "But no pressure if you don't want...."

"I want to, Steph," he smiled. "I always want to hangout with you."

"I promise I'm not just using you as my hangover support doll."

He grinned, "you can use me however you want."

She bit her lip nervously as they stopped in front of her hotel room. She wasn't sure if he planned on going back to his first but as she opened her door, she pulled him into the room with her and he followed - no questions asked. They both looked around the suite quietly, taking in another new hotel room. She turned around, her hands still in his, as she pushed him towards the back of the door.
