I started walking around camp, trying to find Cole. He wasn't in his cabin, the mess hall, at the lake or at the targets. "Chloe!" I turned around as I heard someone call me. "Nick, hi!" I greeted my half brother. "Have you seen Cole?" We both asked at the same time. "No- I wanted to ask him about what else Shiela had said? He said he would come tell me and he hasn't." Nick explained first. "Oh I haven't seen him since we got back. I just wanted to talk to him about what happened with Nurse Lane." I shrugged.

"Wanna help me look for him?" I invited.
"Yeah sure-" Nick started.
"Goode! Cole- he was just found knocked out. You should come see." Some kid ran over. Me and Nick immediately sprinted to where the guy told us the police were interviewing him. "Cole? Fuck are you okay?" I gasped, seeing a massive cut In the side of his head. "Yeah I'm fine- but of a headache though." Cole joked, wincing slightly as a paramedic started wrapping a gauze around his wound.

For once I didn't laugh at his joke. "What happened to you?" Nick questioned. "Not sure, left my cabin and started to walk down to grab a shirt for colour wars and next thing I know something sharp hit me in the head and I collapsed." Cole told us. "Sharp? Like possibly a knife sharp?" One of the police officers asked. "Um yeah I guess so?" Cole shrugged, taking a moment to think. "Mary Lane was holding a knife when she attacked Thomas Slater, maybe she attacked you too." One of the police officers suggested.

"Nurse Lane attacked Tommy Slater?" Cole exclaimed. "Yep, that's what we were called here for, we had no idea of your incident until some kids ran over and told us." Another police officer informed Cole. Cole looked at me and Nick with a shocked expression. "Maybe it was her then? I didn't see who it was but I did hear something- a woman's voice- maybe it was hers." Cole shrugged. The cops just nodded and wrote down what he was saying.

"We'll keep all this in mind, anything else?" The second police officer questioned. "No, that's all I can remember." Cole admitted. "Alright, thank you for your time, keep in touch if anything else comes to mind. See ya around kids." The police officer closed his notepad and started leaving with the others. I pulled Cole into a hug. "I'm never leaving your side again." I sighed into his shoulder. He laughed slightly. "I'm sure I'll survive, Nurse Lane is in the back of a police car right now anyway, what's she gonna do?" Cole smiled.

Nick gave Cole a small hug. "Just glad your okay, you can skip colour wars if you need, the cut don't look deep but it's still a knife to the head." Nick winced looking at the blood stained gauze wrapped around the taller teen's head. "No it's fine, I'll join in. Capture the flag has always been my favourite." He assured Nick. "Alright, I'll see you soon then. We've missed all the speeches and stuff in the mess hall by now." Nick said, half to himself.

We said goodbye to our older brother and went down to get our shirts. Once we were changed we went over to the group to see who had which roles. Music started playing over the speakers as everyone grouped up. The sun was slowly dipping behind the trees and I was starting to feel the excitement of colour wars. Cole had painted red paint on his cheeks and some on mine. It made the blood in his head look a little less out of place.

"Do not let them anywhere near this. Do you hear me?" Kurt exclaimed, running his hands up the red flag he was holding. "Yeah!" We all exclaimed. "I said! Do you hear me?" Kurt yelled louder, picking up one of the younger campers and shaking her slightly. I hated Kurt, but I had to admit, he knew how to get a crowd going. I glanced over at the Shadysider team. I frowned slightly, Tommy didn't look so good. He seemed to be zoning out, his face slightly pale. His girlfriend, Cindy tapped his shoulder and he seemed to come out of whatever state he was in.

I noticed Ziggy wasn't with the others, I shrugged it off. She was probably skipping, she didn't seem the type to join in something like colour wars. "Who you looking for?" I turned around to see Nick. "Oh Um- Ziggy. She's not with the group." I said. "Oh- got get her, everyone should be joining in colour wars. Unless they have an injury of course." Nick added, glancing at Cole. "Go get Ziggy to join in, I'll get a start on catching people." Cole told me as Nick walked off.

"But-" I started.
"Chloe, I can survive two minutes away from you. Alright? See ya in a couple minutes." Cole started to jog off into the woods. I sighed and made my way to my cabin. I could hear music loudly coming from it. I knocked on the door. "Go away, Cindy!" Ziggy called from inside.
"It's Chloe." I told her. There was a small silence. "Go away, Chloe!" Ziggy spoke up finally.

I rolled my eyes and entered the cabin. My jaw dropped slightly as I saw the writing all over the walls and the mess around Ziggy's bed. "I told you to go away." Ziggy said bitterly. "It's my cabin too." I answered back. Ziggy rolled her eyes at me and continued mixing paint. "What happened here?" I pointed to the wall where there were several insults towards Ziggy. 'Ziggy is a witchy bitch', 'Ziggy sucks cocks in hell', 'Monster'.

"Shiela. She left a couple gifts for you as well." Ziggy muttered. I turned my attention to my bunk. 'Hex', 'Half blooded bitch' 'accident' 'dirty witch'. "I'm gonna kill Shiela." I stated. "I'm with you on that one." Ziggy said. I smiled and turned to the redhead. "Wanna get some revenge, freckles?" I asked. Ziggy raised her head, finally meeting my eyes. "I'm listening."
