The first few days were a bit tiring. At least, for Purple.
Second had talked to Alan and he didn't seemed bothered by the purple stickfigure's presence with the condition that no harm to his computer should happen. Purple was OK with those terms, he couldn't do much anyway.
But since Minecraft had to be restored completely after having another one merged into it, which seemed to be taking way too long, and all the stick figures exhausted from their endeavors, the purple stick figure was stuck sleeping in their rooms for the time being.
Every stick figured had agreed to give him some space to sleep one day of the week, so when the week was over they were all well rested to help him build his own bedroom.
It was all fine and good.
Except it wasn't.
Purple didn't wanted to be rude, no anymore at least, but sleeping in different rooms with people with different sleeping patterns was hell and he barely got any rest at all.
The first night he sleep in Yellow's room, the smell alone was enough to make Purple regret that choice, oh the difference a window could make in a room like this one.
But no, Yellow liked living in a steampunk panic room.
Yellow squeezed a bed in there for him, since his own was also his work space.
And Yellow didn't lay down in his bed once.
Purple's bed was close to the door, meaning Yellow had his back turned to him all night while he worked.
The stick figure looked at the clock.
1am.
2am.
3am.
4am.
5am.
And then Yellow just fell asleep on top of his table and slept like that. The only moment Purple manage to fall asleep too, only to be awoken by Yellow's alarm clock that forced the clearly exhausted stick figure up at 8am.
The next day he slept in Red's room, which was a bit better. There was no extra space for a bed so Red just let him sleep on his own.
The red stick figure even put a hammock out on his tree saying that he would give Purple his room for the night so he could have some privacy.
He was very grateful for that because somehow Purple could hear Red snore from inside the room, God knows how loud it would have been if both slept inside.
The third day he slept on Blue's room.
Much like Yellow, Blue was a all-nighter, tending to his plants for a few hours, making potions for a few more.
Then sitting on the floor to write in a laptop while drinking, what Purple assumed to be, at least 5 liters of awkward potion. He looked like a freaky zombie by 3am.
At least he had the decency to give Purple a bed, not that he managed to sleep, the intrusive thought that the blue stick figure would, in fact, turn into a zombie and kill him was enough to keep him awake.
In the next, it was Green's turn.
How is someone supposed to sleep with music blasting 24/7?
Green was a bit more of a talkative, organized dude during his time there.Talkative and organized? Sorry, he meant psychotic and neat freak.
Green had a very specific way of organizing the room, and it took him hours of annoyed grumbling to mess with it enough to put a bed down for Purple.
His fingers were always tapping against something while he looked around the room, Purple didn't know if it was following the rhythm of the beat of the background music or a obsessive compulsive behavior because of how messy Purple was.
A pen out of place seemed to be enough to to get green stressed and annoyed.
Sleeping was out of the question because green didn't stop moving.
Organize the books by color? Organize them again.
Clean the floor? Clean again.
Organize the books a third time? Organize them again, why not?!
Purple groaned a few times, but he knew he couldn't complain much, this was Green's room and he did what he wanted with it.
Green didn't slept much, seemed to close his eyes for a while then stare at the ceiling for a few hours.
Purple was glad to get out of there after one night.
The last night he spent with Second.
If he thought Red snored, Second impersonated a chainsaw all night.
Purple stared at him for a moment, Second didn't look like he was sleeping, he looked like a corpse for a few hours.
Snoring limply on the bed, drooling and comfortable in a pose that, for sure, would give him the worst back pain ever.
Purple couldn't wait to get his own room, to have the chance to sleep comfortably too. The anxiety and excitement also contributed to his sleepless night.
The next day finally came, and the construction started.
Second Coming was the one in control of the Minecraft block, just for safety but all decisions always came down to Purple.
A few codes on Yellow's command block and a space was now available under Red's bedroom, per his request, not wanting to lose his natural light by having a room on top of his.
The floor was made of purpur blocks, and the walls had a combination of amethyst and obsidian, it reminded him of the Nether and also gave the room a darker look, more comfortable for him.
As for decoration, Second gave all types of blocks to him, saying that the room should be Purple's and Purple's alone.
He was grateful for that too but he was not the best at decorating.
Purple took his time, placing purple flowers in small pots and end rods to illuminate everything with a soft violet tone.
Red helped him with making a purple bed, thanks to his colorful sheep. Blue and Green bringing books and extra plants to give some more color to the place.
Yellow helped him to install a clock on the wall. And before he knew it, it was ready.
Second shooed everyone away, letting his new friend have a time alone.
Purple stared at his room for what felt like hours, a stupid happy smile in his face.
He flopped on his new bed, taking a deep breath and just taking it in the scent of chorus fruit in the air.
Someone knocked on the door.
With a lazy grunt, Purple got up, opening the door and staring at Yellow.
─ I apologize the inconvenient, I know you probably wanted to spend some time alone in your new bedroom. ─ Yellow shrugged apologetically, he looked tired and sleep deprived.
─ It's fine, I'll have all the time in the world, what's up?
The yellow stickfigure shifted, something behind his back. ─ I got you a gift.
That got Purple to perk up, looking rather excited. ─ A... A gift?
With a nod, Yellow pulled his hands off his back and showing him the patched up Elytra.
Purple's heart skipped a bit and his chin went to the floor.─ My Elytra how..how did you fix it?
─ Well... All I can tell you is that I have serious problems with phantoms. Don't comment.
Purple laughed putting the wings on and flying off his room, giving a few flips in the air before landing back down. ─ Thank you!
And without even thinking, Purple hugged his new friend. ─ you're amazing Yellow!
─ well, it was Green's idea. I just fixed it.
But Purple wasn't listening, he just flew away, laughing happily with his brand new Elytra.
