Chapter 4 I think I have a crush

Jade's pov
I went to bed with happy thought, like Donnie and I sitting together. I actually have a friend that understands me, and he is super cute, nice, funny and smart. I think I have a crush on him. omg I have a crush on my new best friend, I have to tell him I'll tell him tomorrow. As the thought went through my mind I realized that he wasn't there I sorta got sad. Then I looked up and saw him writing. A slight smile crept onto my face as I read over his shoulder.
"I hope you don't mind me reading" I asked hopefully. His face turning a dark shade of red, I noticed the discomfort and spoke "you don't have to let me read it right now but maybe tomorrow we can read together, I kinda have this day planed for me and you not in a weird way or anything I just like talking to you and" I was stopped mid sentence by a dream of some kind.

Donnie's pov
I was writing something for jade. I don't know what it is about her I just like her a lot. I started writing not even knowing what I was gonna put on the paper.
( just a quick note I really like poetry I may not be that good but bare with me also it's something I wrote so hope you guys like it)
Roses are red, violets probably aren't blue, but I want you to know I'm always here for you. You make me smile when I'm sad even though I haven't known you for long you brighten my day. Just as I was about to finish my next line when I was surprised by a confused angel. then "I hope you don't mind me reading." she said cutely. my face still cherry red, I was about to say something when she said the most awesome thing I think I will ever hear "you don't have to let me read it right now but maybe tomorrow we can read together, I kinda have this day planed for me and you not in a weird way or anything I just like talking to you and" then Mikey came and scream out of excitement for a new friend I suppose.
