Rise Of The Lions

Chapter 16

It has been one week since the force went to the Planet of Lions and now the team was actually gone on another mission.

Daniel, Larmina and Vince was in their lion forms relaxing out in the field. Now that they are no longer cadets, they really didn't know what to do.

Vince was asleep, Daniel was laying down on his side letting Larmina lay on him, resting her head on his soft mane.

This was really the only thing they can do, the force already knows about their lion forms, there wasn't anything to hide except from the arusian people.

They knew if any saw them like this they would be terrified.

As the three was sleeping they jumped awake hearing explosions.

They all ran towards the sound and saw drools fighting against a brown lioness. She was about their size which they immediately knew she's on of them.

When one of the drools wasn't in sight they shot something and a dart landed on the lioness and she fell down unable to move.

"This isn't the lion Mahhox described." One of them said.

"Yeah but it will be good if he got one." The other said.

"Very well load her onto the ship be cautious."

The three lions couldn't stand there any longer. They jumped from their hiding spots and attacked the drools around the lioness.

Larmina stand by her trying to help her up. She was awake but she couldn't move.

Larmina took the dart out of her and the lioness weakly stands to her feet. She leans against Larmina as they slowly walk to safety.

When there was no drool left, Vince and Daniel follows Larmina scent to the bushes and tall grass. She was in her human form and they changed back as well.

"Is she alright?" Vince asked.

"Yes, she fainted." Larmina asked looking down at the unconscious girl in her arms.

Her clothes was dirty and torn, she had light mocha skin, long light brown hair like Larmina with two blond strains at the front of her hair and if Larmina remembered correctly she had emerald green eyes.

"Lets get her back to the castle." Daniel said and they all agreed.

Vince picks her up and carries her back to the castle with Daniel and Larmina.

The lions lands into the Hanger and the force walks out regrouping.

"That last fight was a piece of cake." Lance said smiling with his arms behind his head.

"Yeah a bit too easy." Pidge said.

"Pidge is right, the drools were well not themselves." Keith said confused.

"I'm sure they are rusty." Lance said as the force leaves the Hanger.

The force walks in the castle control room and finds it empty.

"Um hello anyone here." Hunk called.

And the response he got was silence.

Allura taps on her volt com calling Coran.

"Oh princess Allura."

"Coran, where are Larmina, Daniel, and Vince?" The princess asked.

"We're all in medical you and the force might want to come down here."

Coran hangs up and the force didn't waste time to run to medical.

The force ran to medical and saw Coran waiting for them by a door.

"Coran what's happen?" Keith asked.

"I think it's best if we go inside." Coran said and walks inside the room.

The force was worried and confused and walks inside.

When they walk in they expected to see one of the three in a bed but no they were fine. Instead they saw them sitting around a girl who was asleep.

"Uh can someone tell us what's going on?" Lance said making the three look at them.

"The drools came to Arus." Daniel told.

"What!" The force said.

"But we was fighting them." Hunk said.

"I knew something was off. They distracted us." Keith said.

"I guess so but when they were here they was acting this girl. She's just like us." Larmina said.

"Just like you? You mean she's a lion?" Allura asked.

"Yes and before we help her the drools was going to take her to Mahhox."

"Yeah, they was saying this wasn't the lion Mahhox described. They must be looking for us and this girl got mistakenly into this." Vince said hurt.

"Well do you know who she is?"

"No, she hasn't woken up yet but she does look familiar to us." Daniel said.

Larmina looks at the girl hearing a sound.

"Guys, I think she's waking up." She said getting everyone's attention.

The girl groans and started blinking.

"I'll go get the doctor." Coran said leaving.

The girl eyes finally fully opened and she looks around.

"Ugh, where am I?" She asked weakly.

Larmina places her head on her shoulder making her lay back down.

"You're on Arus. Can you tell us your name and what happened to you?"

"My name is Florarenca, but I just go by Flora." The girl, Flora said.

"Well Flora, I'm Larmina. This is Daniel, Vince, and the voltron force, Keith, Lance, my aunt Allura, Pidge, and Hunk."

"Hi/Hey/Hello." Everyone said.

"It's nice to meet you all."

Flora tries to sit up and Larmina helps her.

"Wait you said I'm on Arus?" Flora asked.

"Yes, are you not from here?" Larmina asked.

"No, I'm from Earth."

"Well can you tell us how you got here?"

"Umm. My home was attacked, by drools, I took a ship, and they hit me, I crashed and I fought back."

"Okay but Flora, you can change into a lion, correct?" Daniel asked.

"Yes, wait you three were the lions?"

Larmina, Daniel, and Vince nodded and smiles.

"We're the same." Larmina said.

"Oh I thought I was the only one but you three look familiar."

"We said the same about you, maybe I can ask my grandfather when we know you're okay."

"I feel fine it's just a headache but... I have nowhere not go anymore.."

Everyone looks at each other sad.

"Well you can stay here on Arus, in the castle." Allura offered.

Flora looks up at her.

"Really?"

"Yes, anyone that needs a home I will offer them one."

Flora smiles.

"Thank you miss."

"Please call me Allura."

The force knows that something is coming. They don't know what but they need to prepare.
