Daniel was pacing around in his bedroom. It's been three hours and Larmina hasn't returned."Daniel, she'll come back." Vince assured, tired seeing his friend pacing around.
"Vince, it's been three hours!" Daniel retorted looking at his friend.
"She'll come back, she wouldn't leave you to worry."
Daniel shook his head, he couldn't wait any longer and ran to the window.
"Where are you going?" Vince asked.
"To find Larmina." Daniel replied jumping out of the window.
Vince ran to the window seeing Daniel running away from the castle in his lion form. Sighing, he knew he wouldn't be able to convince him to stay.
-----------------------------
Daniel followed Larmina's scent, he wasn't going back to the castle until he's found her.
He never expected her to speak something she's kept so long to herself, maybe Allura made her snap.
She did tell him how her life was when she was younger, being sheltered away from others, not having a childhood she always wanted, it was hard on her.
Either way he wants to hold her and talk to her, make her feel safe and feel happy.
Back to the trail, the scent was getting stronger which means she wasn't far away. Looking around running as fast as he could, he just had a feeling something wasn't right, he needs to hurry.

-Back at the Castle, Catacombs-
Allura was sitting on the steps next to her father's casket crying.
"I don't know what I've done for her to say those things to me." Allura sobbed.
King Alfur's spirit appears right next to her.
"You can't see it, all through her life you've been leading her to a path she doesn't want, you haven't let Larmina be Larmina." King Alfur said.
"If I've been doing it for so long why haven't she tried to tell me?"
"She's tried so many times but you wouldn't listen so she's given up."
"I didn't mean too, but it's too late I can't change what I done or take back what I said."
"You're right, you can't but it doesn't mean you can't start over and make up for what you've done."
Allura wipes her tears.
"Then I need to find her." She said standing up.
"Daniel is already handling." King Alfur informed standing up.
"Daniel?"
"They love each other and for a very long time now."
Allura looks down to why Larmina never told her.
"But she can't love him, what happens if she needs to marry a prince for Arus."
King Alfur chuckled.
"Don't let those rules blind you, you need to love the one you love and not let royalty life keep you away from it. If Daniel and Larmina love each other let them love each other, don't pull them apart and make them love someone else they don't love. You take your duty too seriously, that's what pulls you away from what cherishes you most."
"I know, you're right."
King Alfur smiled.
"Listen to her, help her find the path to her destiny."
Allura nods.
"Thank you father."
"You're welcome."
King Alfur's spirit disappears and Allura sighs, she knows when she sees Larmina she's give her the cold shoulder. Well she has to accept the damage she's done.
------------------------------
"Larmina! Larmina!" Daniel called now in his human form.
He's been calling out for twenty minutes now and is getting very worried, the temperature has dropped, Larmina could be in danger.
Daniel looks to his right and gasped.
"Larmina!"
He ran to the limp body on the ground and picked her up. She was freezing cold, she could be sick.
"Larmina, wake up." Daniel said shaking his girlfriend but there was no movement.
Laying his head on her chest, he listened to her heartbeat, it wasn't beating at its normal speed, it was much slower.
Taking off his shirt, he held her close and ran back to the castle and immediately contacted the force.
"Guys, I need medical up running, stat!"
"Daniel what's wrong?" Keith asked.
"You need to worry about Larmina and get lots of warm clothes!"
"On it!"
---------------------------------
After running for awhile Daniel made it back to the castle. He ran to medical and found everyone was there, the doctor and nurse and to him.
"She's ice cold!" The nurse said shocked.
"We need to get her checked, stat!" The doctor said.
The nurse took Larmina and the doctor asked Daniel was he okay and Daniel answered yes.
After that Daniel looks at Vince.
"I should've never listen to you." He said.
Vince looks down, "I know." He agreed feeling guilty.
Why today had to be bad.
--------------------------
After an hour the doctor walks out of the room and everyone stood up.
"Is she okay doctor?" Allura asked worried.
"Yes princess, she'll make it just came down with a serious cold." The doctor told then asked, "How long has she's been outside?"
"Three hours." Vince answered.
"Oh, then I suggest she needs to stay in bed for a week. It's very cold outside and she has hypothermia. Just some rest, medicine and warmth she'll be fine."
"Thank you Doctor. When can we see her?" Daniel asked.
"She should be awake in the morning, right now she needs some rest, but you may see her."
The team thanked him before walking in the room. It was dark but with the light next to the bed they could see Larmina. She was asleep in her pajamas, wrapped in a warm blanket with her lead on a case of pillows.
Daniel sits next to her, moving a strain of hair from her face. He's just thankful she's alright.
Lance looks at Allura and sees her face.
"She'll be okay, Allura." He assured.
"I just want her to wake up so she can know how sorry I am." Allura said letting a tear fall.
Lance placed his hand on her shoulder giving her a reassured smile.
"I think it's time for us to get some rest team." Keith said.
"You guys go, I'll stay." Daniel said not looking up from his girlfriend.
Before Keith could say something Vince shook his head letting him know 'Just let him be'.
They all left and Daniel gently kissed her forehead before laying down beside her.
He's just wants to be with her.
