"babe, are you insane? if he rejects you he must be out of his goddamn mind? you are so hot and you want him? and if he doesn't want you he is out of his mind"

nat handed jade a dark brown satin dress with only a lace thong.

"do you want to get with him or not?"

in that moment she really felt she had made a strong connection with nat. she went to the bathroom to change and when she came out she felt like a different person.

-30 minutes went by and guests started to show up

jade waited to make an impression so she had an extra ten minutes. looking out her door she saw steve at the bar with plenty of other people in the living room. she went for it and tried to make a run for the stairs when she bumped into someone.

"no I'm sorry I should have been looking where I was going...I don't think we've met yet. I'm bucky"

he reached out his arm and locked hers around his and they walked down together making quite the entrance.

she gave him a smile and went on her way

"oh okay well then have you talked to steve?"

"on my way to go do that now...wish me luck"

she pushed her way through people to make it to the bar to sit next to steve. before she could even say anything when she sat down steve started the conversation first.
