Back in their shared apartment, Joseph sat her down on their bed as he took her jacket that she handed over to him before she bellyflopped on the mattress.

"Are you feeling well now?" Joseph said with pure concern in his tone, putting her jacket down on the couch in front of him.

"No." She said, sternly.

Joe's eyes widened before he simply backed away in order to give her the space he believed she needed. "Okay, well, I'm gonna get get you water, unless you want anything else...?"

"Water's good." The girl's blunt tone almost caught herself off-guard as Joe went off to get her the water she wanted.

The silence in the room was loud enough to hear Joni's stomach grumble. Joe was feeling nervous to even ask anything about it but he felt the need to as the concerned boyfriend he was.

"Do you think it was anything you... ate?" He said, his sentence almost trailing off in doubt.

"No. I think I'm fine now." Joni said, finally getting up from her position on the bed. Her hair was already all messy and in her face that Joe could barely see her. He couldn't help but laugh at the girl to her own embarrassment. "Shut up, Joe." She said, as she was also laughing along with him.

"Sorry." He said, trying to hold back. "Are you sure you're okay? I can get you anything else if you need it."

"Uh, no. I'm fine now." She answered, pushing back her hair and sat on the edge of the bed to greet herself with Joe who was crouching down to her level. The couple's eyes met before Joni smiled at him, patting his cheek. "And you're good too. Nothing to worry about."

Joseph responded with a kiss that shut the both of them up for a while. But it didn't take long until Joni found herself pulling Joe to herself so that he was now on the bed with her, right on top of her.

The two continued to kiss, progressively getting more passionate before Joe pulled back for a moment, stopping themselves from this one perfect scene.

"Did you really just pretend to act sick so that I could take you home to have sex?" A smirk curled up on his lips, indicating that he was totally fine with this, even if she was pretending.

Joni gaped at him after smacking him as hard as she could on the shoulder with her palm. "How dare you?" The girl tried her best to hold back from smiling. "I was actually not feeling well, thank you very much."

Joseph couldn't help but laugh at his own question as he knew it would make her laugh. "Okay, okay." He said, putting his hands up defensively. "Do you know what would make you feel better though?"

"This?" She answered, as Joe pulled her face closer to him, kissing her once again.

"Exactly." He whispered in between breaths as the two continued to make out on the bed, buried into the mattress where things got intense quickly.

Joe's hand dragged down to below her waist and gripped on her thigh and lifted it up, instinctively, like it was the one thing he knew to do when this stuff happened. His mouth trailed down, completely showering Joni's neck with his kisses. The girl felt almost ticklish to the point where she grabbed onto his shoulders for stability.

"Joni." Joni couldn't hear anything else except for his beautiful English tone that made her fall in love the first time. "Do you know how happy you make me?" His breaths were interrupted with the small talk he started with, assuring her that they were both happy at this day and age.

There was a silent agreement between the two. It was like Joseph and Jonalynn's thing. How they could understand each other so well without even saying a single word. Even if they both agreed to keep their relationship private, without telling the whole world that they aren't a secret, Jonalynn knew that there was a price to pay, especially with Joseph's current rise to fame at the moment.

The tabloid had always had a thing for Jonalynn's relationships, which only added to her reason to keep her current love life private but not a secret. Her falling in love with someone was only ever going to lead her to a dangerous situation for her and her partner.
