A?N: Wow time got away from me again, I am so sorry. I've got another idea for a story that I might explore in the next few weeks, so if your interested keep an eye out for that. BTW I heard this song recently and loved it! Ok, enough from me. Please enjoy, comment let me know what you think.

After being bedridden for the last 3 days, the doctors are finally going to let me start some rehab. I feel like I'm going stir crazy. Doctor Greenburg doesn't really have an explanation for why I woke up speaking a foreign language, but for the last day or so my English has been coming back to me.

I haven't been allowed visitors these last few days, except for this guy named Charlie. He seems like a nice guy, I trusted him almost immediately. Charlie had been on his phone a lot, talking to people that I was supposed to know, letting them know that I was awake, making plans for them to arrive today.

He spent as much time with me, since I woke up, as he could, telling me stories of people I'm friends with, places I've been, things I've done and seen. I wondered if we had a romantic connection, since he seemed to know so much about my life, until he told me that I had a boyfriend, who couldn't wait to see me. It was all overwhelming, I have no memory of any of this, it's like he's just telling me stories out of books.

"Anna? You ready to try walking?" Charlie's question pulls me from my jumbled thoughts. I looked over at him as my vision tunneled, suddenly I wasn't sitting at the edge of my hospital bed.

"L.T. you ready for this?" We are standing with our backs to the wall. Both of us are covered head to toe in tan camo, fully armed.

"Well, even if I wasn't, I don't have a choice, do I? We have a mission to complete," I smile at him.

"What building is she located in?" a new voice asks. I look to my other side and there are two more males and a female staring at me.

"Three blocks down on the right, but they aren't going to give her up easily, Mark," I reply.

We make our way, weaving in and out of burned out homes and buildings. Somehow we've managed to get one block away when all hell broke loose.

"Grenade!" We all split up, diving for cover. I grab Jessie and throw her behind a partial concrete wall throwing myself on top of her. The grenade goes off with a bone shattering boom.

I can feel the debris falling on us like rain as the dust cloud surrounds us. Within seconds we are on our knees, guns up, defending. The sounds of gunfire have become second nature as I take out 3, 4, and 5 guys. My team has been split in two, Jessie and I are together on one side of the small area, while Charlie, Max and Mark are on the opposite side of the hall. I watch as Mark throws a grenade over his side of the wall and we all duck.

We finally have our chance to make it to the entrance of the building we were seeking.  We breach the door in formation, entering into a small foyer with two hallways on each side. Using hand signals we split up into groups. Mark and I go left while the other 3 go right.
