Beware the Po-Po

Peter's POV(Lexi's brother/Ethan's nemesis)

That miserable son of a bitch! He tore the fucking mansion down. That bastard has cost me more than I should've had to pay! He turned my mom into a fucking husk, he put his spawn in my little sister, and he made my dad hate me. For a moment, I thought I was rid of him when Alexis wrote him off but he got into her legs again. Fucking peasant! Worst part of this is that I can't blame anyone but myself. I left this "wound" to fester and now it bit me in the ass.

OK. Enough is enough. I need to kill Ethan. And make sure he stays dead. I thought he was out of the picture when the slut divorced him but it looks like he wont stay away. Now I gotta bury him. When he dies, I'll put that bastard Charlie up for adoption. Little shit doesn't deserve to live. I hope no one adopts him so I can dump that brat in an orphanage and be rid of him. After that, I'll make Lexi watch as I burn her world down and leave her broken and dispirited. I won't kill her...but it could be fun to make her kill herself.

I was interrupted from my thoughts by a sultry voice."Pete are you gonna come back to bed or are you just gonna stand there with that crazy grin on your face?" I glared at the slut who had the gall to say that to me. I lunged at the girl and threw her off my bed. She struggled to stand up but I held her down. I plunged my tongue down her mouth and fucked her as hard as I could. She tried to stop and control me but every time she made the attempt to control the action I whacked her across the face to shut her up. Seriously...who has the audacity to complain when I fuck them. Besides, she ain't even tight enough for me to enjoy it.

Nobody complains when we get rough with girls. Cops and government officials are paid to look elsewhere. I don't need to force myself on girls since they usually gravitate to me since I'm hot and loaded with dough but sometimes I might get a little out of control so having a safety net is always a good decision.

Huh. Why didn't I think of this earlier. I have plenty of cops, judges, lawyers, and prison wardens at my disposal. I can bring them in and they can arrest Ethan for killing Denise Ashford. I can have the lawyers convict him, the judge will sentance him to life in prison, and the wardens will sic the worst scum they have after him and make the rest of his life a living hell.Then I will have other lawyers and judges take Charlie away from Lexi and placed in the most disgusting orphanage ever or I can put him with negligent/brutal foster parents. I hope that little bastard dies.

Then my sweet Lexi will be challenged by me in the boardroom for the Stanton CEO post and with her husband in jail and her brat in some slum...she won't fight me. Or she will but she loses since what she loves is forever lost to her and the broken heart will keep her from maintaining the position. Then when I have what's mine...I will make her watch as her boys die in front of her. I'll finish her off when I get bored. A gun with 1 bullet will be given to her and that little slut will blow her brains out.

Oh yeah...it's all coming together. Ethan, you will win battles against the Stanton's but you will never win a war.

Without further adieu...I call the Police Commissioner and give him the order to arrest and charge Ethan with Denise's murder.

Ethan Pov

No time to celebrate. Peter is gonna get even with me. I don't know how but he will and when he does it wont be pretty. I check out of the hotel and slip into the inner city. I go back to the old apartments I used to live in and my old neighbor puts me up in his place in exchange for handling his rent. I pay cash to avoid suspicion and getting attention. It won't be long before Peter sends the "po-po" after me. The Stanton's don't need a personal army. They just have high-ranking law enforcement officials do their dirty work. Regular cops won't be on their payrolls but Lieutenants, Captains, Chiefs, Commissioners will be since they are the ones who issue the orders.

I glance at the TV and see that I am a suspect for Denise Ashford's murder. Peter has offered a $1,000,000 dollar reward for my capture. Everyone knows that its for show. He isn't gonna part with that cash. But still, better keep my head down for the next few weeks until they give up. My city is around 4 million large. I know how to stay hidden. I made a final call to Lex and Charles before going silent.

After a few weeks, I tentatively peek out to see if anyone is looking for me. I need to get laid. I really miss Lex but I can't contact her yet. I turn on the news and I see a reporter talking about corruption in the police department. There is also one about several judges taking bribes and the same for some prison wardens. One of the cops confesses to the murder of Denise Ashford and the bounty on my head is moot point now. Someone exposed all the people the Stanton's had on their payroll, the broke the power of their army and they exposed their corruption. Do I have a friend in this mess? Is someone helping me or do they have their own agenda? I guess I'll have to wait to find out.
