Arc 1.4 Small Santana and Big World
Days after living with Carlo and Charmy, I started learning more about their relationship and their other side. Like how clumsy Carlo can be. I take back what I said that he looks he knows what he's doing. Palagi nalang palpak yung gawa nya. He would take them out the room. Test them out then come back to report me they exploded. Rinig na rinig ko ang pagsabog palagi ng mga gawa nya at mga oras na pinapagalitan siya mula sa balkonahe. Napapa buntong hininga nalang ako.
I should've not expected too much from a 13 year old Engineer. Of course everything will explode. He's just a kid with big fantasies with him. He's still growing.
But what I really like about him is he doesn't give up. Kahit napaka liit na progress lang ang nagagawa nya sa mga project niya tuwang tuwa siya. I even saw him he just changed the wire arrangement he would jump in joy of how genius he think himself is thinking of how can he even think of that plan given that he's a kid. Palagi niya nalang sinasabi:
"Hah! I feel like I'm smarter than Prof. Edward right now!"
He already taught me how different wire works on his project and I have conluded he's really just an idiot sometimes. I even asked him how can he even forget the things he taugh me on his own? Like come on. It was so obvious why his machines would explode, He's always misplacing the parts. Kapag nakita niyang mukhang okay na yung itchura nung ginagawa nyang machine, agad agad niya itong sinusubukan without double checking the parts. Kaso napakamalas ata niya palagi nalang may mali sa bawat unang subok niya kaya nasasabog palagi ang mga gawa nya.
At first I was just looking at him helpless but now that I know what's he's doing palagi ko siyang pinapagalitan kapag palagi nya nalang pinangungunahan ang excitement niya.
"Carlo, We're literally running out of materials to use and you're just wasting them by making the machine explode everytime! Stop testing them out without double checking if you got all the parts right! You always do this!" I exclaimed. "How are you supposed to avenge your professor when you can't even make one of your creation work normaly?"
He was sitting infront of me, hands on his lap while I was on the table crossed armed while glaring at his tearful eyes.
"I'm sorry... I just couldn't help myself". He said. I sighted.
"Ilang beses na ito, Carlo. Control your excitement or you won't get anywhere in this state. Papalaysin ka na talaga sa mansion na ito kung palagi mo nalang pinapasabog mga gawa mo. I will really kick you out if I own this house. Pati ako naiinis din sa linggong linggo nakakarinig ng pagsabog mula sa balkonahe thinking there's an emergency happening but only to see you fail another project of yours." I shook my head at him.
"I swear I'll be good next time!" He said. Earning a glare from me.
"oh really? I've been counting how many times you've told that but you always fail to do it. Kahit nakakailang sigaw na ako sayo na huwag mo muna subukan mga gawa mo agad agad palagi ka nalang tumatakbo papaalis sa kwarto mo without even taking a single glance on me."
"ngh...."
I sighted. " Again. Gawin mo ulit ang plano mula umpisa. This time I will look closely on what you're doing now that I know how the electricity and power generate. Sasabihin ko agad sayo kung may mali kang ginagawa. Got it?"
Agad na tumango si Carlo. "Got it, Teacher Sanny! I'll do anything to make you proud!"
"Good grief, You're supposed to be my Teacher you know" I rubbed my temple. He just smiled at me then proceed to gather all the needed materials to create his project again.
