Philip wandered around the quiet and dim streets looking for a place to stay and rest at, a few cars were passing by. He didn't know what time it was, he came across a restaurant, there was a big window showing people eating inside the restaurant. He looked at them, his stomach was growling, he was hungry but had nothing to eat and no money either. "Are you hungry?" A feminine voice said behind him, he was startled and turned around. It was Maria sitting in a limousine with the window rolled down, She was still wearing her black sparkly strapless dress with a pair of sunglasses on her head. "Well?" He replied with a nod, "Hop in then." Philip was stunned, he hasn't been in a vehicle like this before although he knew it was luxurious. "What?" "I said hop in." "Are you s—.." "Hop in before I change my mind." Maria opened the door and he got in, the inside was black colored except for the seats, it was white. He sat down across from Maria, giving her personal space. She pressed down a button and a hidden mini fridge popped out from a compartment. She opened the mini fridge door and inside it was champagne, Philip was just sitting there in awe fascinated by how humanity and technology evolved after all those years he stayed in the demon realm.

Maria poured herself a glass of champagne, "Would you like some? Or would you like to wait until we eat?" "I'll wait until we eat." "Suit yourself" She shrugged her shoulders and took a sip from her glass, the silence was loud but there was some music in the background. Philip looked out the window and noticed it was raining outside, if Maria didn't invite him to eat he wouldve been drenched.

The lights in the limo turned into a dim dark blue shade, the music filled in the silence, it was the first time Philip felt peace. He relaxed on the seat and looked out the window, he watched cars pass by and the beautiful buildings in the moonlit sky. But something felt wrong, or something was bugging him. "Why did you ask if I was hungry?" He questioned Maria, she smiled but not answering his question. Maybe it was just a nice gesture, "I asked since I was interested in you and your clothing, I was going to hire you as my model for my clothing." Philip was stunned, "A model?" "Why, yes, your features and body shape is perfect." He was shocked, he didn't know what to say, "You don't need to accept if you don't want to, although I will have to drop of you off before we get to my place." He had no choice, it was raining and he was hungry and had no place to stay so he accepted her offer. "Very well." She finished her glass of champagne and put it aside, "We're almost there, I hope you aren't getting impatient." Maria assured him.

By the time the song ends they have already arrived at the place, the limousine was parked and the driver got out to assist Maria. The driver opened the door with an umbrella covering over her, She took the umbrella from the driver's hands. "Come quickly" she said waiting for Philip. He got out of the limousine and walked beside Maria, both of them were sharing the umbrella. "So this is where you live?" Philip asked as they entered the building into the main lobby, "Mhm." She replied to Philip, they walked to the elevator and Maria pushed the button for the elevator to come down. It was an awkward silence, both of them were just standing there waiting. Philip didn't know what he was waiting for since it was his first time seeing something like this, "Why are you dressed like that anyway? That looks horrendous." Philip's face dropped to a sullen expression as he heard that, Maria saw this and chuckled. "Don't give me that look, I have extra clothes for you to try on once we get to my room." As Maria said that the elevator arrived making a 'ding' noise.

The elevator doors opened and they both walked in, Maria pushed a button labeled '31', Philip assumes its the highest floor. The elevator doors close and its another awkward silence between them, Philip examines the elevator still astonished how humanity evolved with its technology. He was gone all those years, it saddened him a bit to not see how technology evolved.

The elevator made a 'ding' noise again and the elevator doors opened, it opened to another floor and Philip was in awe wondering how it works. "Come along now." Maria said as she stepped off the elevator, Philip followed her. They both arrive at her room and she scans some sort of card that unlocks the door, as the door opened Philip was stunned on how beautiful her place is. It was one big modern penthouse, with big gigantic windows infront of them. "I have 3 extra bedrooms and each of them have a bathroom, pick whatever room you like." She said as if it was like no big deal, "I used to say that everytime in my palace when I was still in the demon realm..". Philip muttered, "What was that?" "Nothing." Maria grew suspicious of him but shrugged it off, "I'll order some chinese food, i'll call you when its here." Maria said as she was taking off her heels and putting them on the shoe rack. "Oh and also when you've picked a room come to me for clothes." Philip nodded his head and Maria left him behind and went to her bedroom, Philip took off his shoes and put them on the shoe rack. He looked around the penthouse, he checked the kitchen and felt the counter, it was smooth since it was marble. The countertop was white colored and the cabinets were black colored, this lady really does know how to design things. There was even a kitchen island, a stainless stove and even a set of kitchen knives in the drawers, there was this scent he could smell around the house. Like lavender-ish scent, he didnt know what the scent was but it smelled pretty good. Maria came around the corner and it startled Philip, "Hey, food is gonna be delayed for 30 minutes so how about you try on some clothes I designed?" "It'll be an honor." "No need to be formal, now come on."
