Conference day, Treaty of Kuoh, where the truce between Christian factions finally took place.
How long had Y/N been at this? Now he will know the leaders of each faction, luckily no enemies, he knows the plot very well to understand where this will lead, and what he will need to think about will be how to interact correctly in this situation.
Whether or not he remains weak to any of the leaders on the ground, so avoiding a battle using words is an essential skill here.
KNOCK KNOCK
Rias knocked on the meeting room, asking permission to enter, and opened that door a little after.
There was the meeting room with a big table, important people were sitting there, with space for one more presence. Y/N entered the room, along with his group and the Gremorys, the atmosphere was too quiet for the people who had serious eyes.
Xenovia moved a little closer to Y/N, probably a protective reaction, both her own and to the man she served. Even Asia tightened Issei's clothes beside her.
Y/N, however, continued to smile relaxedly, he wasn't taking the mood of those present too seriously to wipe the smile off his face. Even Issei noticed how his friend didn't usually take things seriously, all the leaders present were wearing formal attire with ornamentation but Y/N remained in his beloved baggy style with a haori.
In the room were located, Sirzechs, Serafall, and Grayfia as representatives of the devils.
The angels were Michael and Irina.
And, of course, the fallen angels were Azazel and Vali.
Noticing Irina in the room, Xenovia made an anxious expression, as if she wanted to go to her to say something, but she held herself in the corner, even more so when Irina noticed her too but only turned her face away. Y/N noticing what had happened, tightening his eyes that weren't visible thanks to the shadow of the hat, he reached out a hand and placed it on Xenovia's shoulder, in an attempt to comfort her. There was nothing he could do at the moment, but he honestly hoped they would both get it sorted out soon.
Azazel noticed everyone's presence and smiled as if he was happy, Sirzechs repeated the act.
Sirzechs: My younger sister and her group. They were active in the confrontation against Kokabiel.
Michael: I heard from the report. I thank you again.
Azazel: I'm sorry for someone on my side causing trouble.
Azazel was truly unconcerned as he uttered these words as if he didn't care about the events. This caused a certain angry expression in Rias, it was understandable, Y/N acted by placing his hand on her head, "Relax" were the words he wanted to express.
Fortunately, he could feel the Crimson Princess' hostility slightly lessening.
Sirzechs: Please sit there.
Upon placing the order, Sirzechs pointed in the direction of the room where a group of seats was located next to the wall, even Sona was already there. Grayfia walked close to the group, intending to lead them away.
Sirzechs: You, Y/N, stay close to us.
At that moment, Sirzechs pulled out a chair not far from him, demonstrating that the shinigami should sit there. The order surprised Y/N, even if his face didn't show it, after all, he expected to sit next to the others, but here he is about to take the side of the leaders.
Trying to master his body language so he doesn't seem anxious, Y/N sat in the requested chair, with Aizen and Xenovia behind him, just as the other leaders were with their respective bodyguards.
