Sheen and the emperor were currently situated in the throne room, discussing matters about the ball, particularly who Sheen will be taking with him.

For the umpteenth time, the emperor asked, "Are you sure?" The emperor was doing his best to persuade Sheen into going with Oom, princess of Zeenu, and therefore the emperor's daughter.

Sheen, however, was being very evasive on the subject of Oom, who was creepy with her two faces and whatnot. "I'm just too afraid I'll step on her ankles too much," he told the emperor, though he was more distracted than usual. His old friends were here with him now. Surely they, like him, would see how wonderful a place Zeenu was and want to stay. Instead, it turned out that they wanted to take him away from the place he was destined to stay at forever. He wasn't sure what to make of this paradox, that's what Jimmy would say.

The emperor, luckily, was unaware of this. He nodded his understandings. "That's too bad, but I won't try to dissuade you, as you are the bearer of peace." A new thought suddenly dawned on him. "What about the one you call Libby? I'm sure you would do well together."

Sheen felt like an anvil had dropped on top of his head. Libby, the one he had longed to see more than anyone. Alas, she too had wanted Sheen to leave Zeenu. He wasn't sure what to think of that. He had never told the emperor, but he had hoped a day like this would happen. Jimmy and the others would fly to the planet on a rocket and everything that was awesome here would be even more awesome.

However, he decided he didn't want to hold this secret. So he said to the emperor in an off-hand voice, "Wow, I almost forgot, my friends aren't attending the ball."

The emperor's smile melted from his face. "What, why not?" he wailed, then added, "Was it something I said?"

Sheen forgot what he was saying. All thoughts from before vanished. A guard entered, followed by...yes, Jimmy. "Jimmy Neutron to see his majesty and his majesty's royal advisor," said the guard, bowing.

The emperor motioned for Jimmy to step forward. "Welcome, Jimmy Neutron. Now is it true? You won't be attending the ball after all?"

"Not at all, your majesty," said Jimmy, "My friends and I have had a little discussion and we've decided to attend; declining would've been significantly rude on our part."

Sheen no longer remembered why he had been angry moments earlier. His dream was coming true after all. He cried in delight, "This is wonderful! I knew you couldn't resist!" The emperor was pleased as well, muttering a delighted voice, "Good. Good."

As an afterthought, Jimmy added to Sheen, "Libby also wanted me to tell you that she'll be delighted to go to the ball with you Sheen." Forget dream come true. All was perfect in the life of Sheen Estevez. But Jimmy turned to the emperor. "Assuming his majesty doesn't mind."

The emperor shook his head. "It's no problem at all." He turned his head to the guard, who stood up erect, waiting for orders. "Take Jimmy Neutron back to his friends and show them to our best guest room." The guard nodded and exited, waiting outside the door for Jimmy to follow him when his audience was over.

"See you there, Jimmy!" Sheen called.

"Oh, yeah, sure thing," Jimmy called over his shoulder. Sheen and the emperor smiled at one another, utterly oblivious as to the conspiracy Jimmy had just plotted.

Jimmy led the guard back to his friends before he was escorted to the suite. On thing he could say about the emperor was that he could certainly make his guests comfortable when it came to their conveniences.

Once they were alone, Jimmy divulged his success with Sheen. He now proceeded to explain his plan, turning first to Libby. "So you see, Libby, it's perfect. You dance with Sheen, get him in a good mood, and convince him to come home."
