Jimmy and Cindy could tell that the others were in trouble long before they made it to the ballroom. The chaotic shouts were all they needed to hear to confirm that suspicion. The came to a stop and Jimmy instructed the inmates to walk around and surround every exit out of the ballroom. After the order was complied, he headed for the main entrance with Cindy, the Gorlock and the Cyclops.

As they opened the door, they saw a large group of guards pounce on Carl. He dodged, diving under a table. As he got out on the other side, he said to himself, "Phew, that was too close for comfort." He began to run, but bumped into Dorkus. He only just managed to say, "Hi," before Dorkus seized him and threw him into the center of the ballroom with Libby and Nick.

All the guards and guests now surrounded them, blocking all means of escape. "Well done, everyone," said the emperor. He turned to Dorkus. "Dorkus, you are to be commended for learning the truth so quickly. If it wasn't for you, all would be lost."

"Thank you, sire," said Dorkus as he pulled the Hypercube from his pocket.

Before he could begin searching for the Death Ray, Aseefa stepped forward. "Emperor, I have reason to believe that Dorkus and Oom are the traitors, not Jimmy Neutron and company."

Jimmy was too surprised to move. The emperor was equally speechless, but unlike Jimmy, he recovered more quickly. "What is this nonsense?"

"It's true," said Aseefa, "they are innocent."

"This is absurd, your highness," Dorkus said to the emperor, "she has no proof!"

The emperor nodded to Aseefa. "I'm afraid Dorkus is correct." Dorkus smirked, but it vanished as the emperor continued. "If you have evidence, however, I am willing to hear it."

"Are you serious, sire!" cried Dorkus, "This is all false accusations!"

Jimmy and the others were now on the ballroom's balcony when he saw Goddard move into the center of the crowd with Doppy and Nesmith. He saw his pet's screen flash red and knew that Goddard's Lie Detector had gone off. Jimmy now cleared his throat, which echoed around the ballroom. "Bad luck, Dorkus," he called down, "Goddard can always tell when somebody's lying."

With Cindy holding tight to his waist, Jimmy ignited his jetpack and landed in the center of the crowd of aliens. He looked up and called to all the inmate, "Secure all they exits. Nobody leaves until the truth is revealed." Now he glared at Dorkus, who glared right back. "Dorkus Aurelius, I have all the evidence I need to see to it that you and Oom are imprisoned for the rest of your unnatural lives." He turned to the emperor. "If his majesty is willing to listen."

The emperor nodded grudgingly. "Very well; if you can prove that Dorkus and Oom are the traitors, I will have the others freed."

"Thank you," said Jimmy to the emperor. He stared at the room at large. "Listen up, everyone; here's the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth."

"Come on, just get on with it!" Cindy shouted with that familiar air of impatience that made Jimmy smile in spite of himself. "We didn't fight our way through every single guard we encountered just bore them to death!"

"How is that done?" he asked curiously, then realizing he was getting sidetracked, amended himself by adding to Jimmy, "Oh, right. Present your evidence, Jimmy Neutron."

Jimmy cleared his throat. "I first became suspicious of Dorkus when we first arrived here. Right when you ordered Dorkus to take Cindy to the dungeon, judging from the sneering dimensions on Dorkus's face at the time, I deduced that he other plans for Cindy. The following day, I had Goddard dispatched to track down Dorkus to see if I could learn more about Dorkus. The results proved fruitless, so at first I decided to simply dismiss this hypothesis. The Doppy came and informed me about the fest you wanted us to attend. I saw my chance. Firstly, I wanted to confirm that Dorkus wasn't planning to attend the ball. After uncovering more evidence, I then decided to exploit my hypothesis of whether Dorkus hated Sheen. So I made sure Sheen got into the conversation to see if he would insult Dorkus."
