DAYS GOES BY, BUT HABITS DON'T. Since little Aspen met those boys, she has been just spending her time in their company, playing Dungeons and Dragons in Mike's basement or taking a few bike rides on the small roads of Hawkins. In fact, here she comes out of the shower wearing the first clothes she finds while running down the stairs "don't run down the stairs" her mother tells her as she slows down "sorry, i'm going to Mike's" sitting on the floor she wears her shoes in front of the door "oh since you're going to Mike's, could you give this to Karen?" she gives her a pack of her wonderful cookies "you know Dustin will eat them all right?" she laugh taking the little box full of cookies "are you sure it's him? i'm pretty sure you eat them all the other time" Rosalie looks at her "both of us.." she says guilty" her mother laugh "that kid is adorable" she says thinking about Dustin, Rosalie kiss her daughter on her forehead "home at ten Aspen, don't force me to pick you up, like the last time" Aspen gaze at her mother and rolls her eyes to the sky "don't do that ever again, that was embarrassing, i'm not a baby and we live next to each other" she opens the front door "oh right, you're not a baby anymore" Rosalie jokes annoying her "yeah okay mom, see you later".
In the basement now there are only Aspen and Will, the others haven't arrived yet, while Mike is upstairs getting some snacks for the group. After a long day at School studying it's perfect having a great time with her friends.
Sitting on the couch with her legs crossed the girl plays with her hands as she watch her friend set up the table for the play, " from a long you and Mike know each other?" she asks getting his attention "since forever, we were so little" he smiles at her "how cute.. i've never had friends" she says watching the boy "oh, i'm really sorry Aspen, you're a great person, you don't deserve all of that" Will says stopping doing what he has to do and sits next to her "don't worry, i'm not sad.. yeah it was rough but they were the problem, not me" the girl smiles at her friends putting her small hand on his shoulder making him smile "now you have me and the others" Will wraps his arms around Aspen who's blushing hiding her face on his shoulder and smiles while her heart slightly beats fast. Full of different emotions she think about her other friend, he literally disappear "maybe we should go check Mike, or he's taking a big shit in the bathroom or Nancy killed him from who knows what" she look at her friend, they both laugh "probably the second one" Will says between the laugh.

"Shit!" the only girl in the group swears slamming her hands on the table "language!" responds Lucas jokingly sitting next to her, "this team sucks" Aspen looks at him, she can't hold back a smiles at him "you're terrible, you can't even get mad at us" Lucas says while Mike and the others starts laughing "you want to see me mad Sinclair? make me" at that exclamation Dustin's eyes open wide "she's so perfect" but Aspen doesn't listen to him, pretending to argue with the boy sitting next to her. Mike in response to Dustin give him a slap on his head, "ouch" exclaims the boy with the hat "what an idiot" the black haired says.
