Author's Note: Hey everyone, I hope you'll enjoy reading this story as much as I am writing it. Honestly, I wouldn't have thought my first story on here would be a Glee one, but when the writing urge takes over, there's little you can do but sit down and let those ideas take shape. *helpless shrug*
This story contains dyslexic characters (not talking about Sam Evans, who the writers made dyslexic and then never brought it up again), a character with an actual stutter, and deaf/mute side characters. It also contains Polynesian mixed race characters. Any hateful comments about speech or learning disorders, race, sexuality, etcetera will not be tolerated. Any constructive criticism will be appreciated, as I do not personally have a speech impediment or dyslexia. So if you see something wrong, let me know in a helpful way or send me a message about it.
The cast of Glee, and the many songs it contains, are not mine. I give credit to all the artists for the amazing music, and to the writers and producers of the show for the characters and plot.
My original characters' looks, personalities, actions and reactions to the main cast are all my own work, and plagiarizing or re-posting their stories will not be tolerated. I've put a lot of work into creating these characters and their stories, and a lot of side research into making the Glee-verse make sense (seriously, ever try to put all these episodes into some sort of timeline? Not easy.) Also, I have no set update schedule: the year 2023 has been a hit to the gut for me, but I will not abandon my story! <3
Long author's note, yes. But necessary. I love writing this story, and may have already started writing another for Glee with a different focus, but it doesn't mean I can't point out the flaws in the show and try to address them in my own story. Enjoy!
