————————————————————

| This book starts during the first Grownups movie.

I am aware that they initially only stayed at the lake house for a weekend but for the sake of the story line they stay longer; I think it will be easier to capture the relationships that Adhara will form if it isn't all crammed into one weekend at the lake house.

This will also make Ada and Greg's relationship make more sense, as Adhara and Greg's feelings won't be placed unusually in just a day of getting to know one another.

Greg Feder is 13 canonically but he will be aged up two years. This isn't to in any way sexualise him but in other Grownups fanfictions that I've read people are weird when younger characters are coupled up. I would understand better if they were having underage sexual encounters or something similar but it's literally just them hugging that people get weird about.

On top of that, 13 year olds are mad crazy these days and do a lot worse than hug, don't even lie.

I'd also like to point out I'm not an adult, still very much a child, thank you — which is something people seem to forget too, I'm not in my thirties and writing about a minor. I'm allowed to like and write about people my own age.

Thank you for reading my rant, have fun reading. Please don't be a silent reader, I'd like to know your opinions and commentary on the things Adhara does — even when she's being stupid. Enjoy ;) |
