When I came to meet Nicolas yesterday I thought he would yell at me or scold me for not telling him about the blackmailer. But he proved me wrong by letting me cry my pent-up emotions on his shoulders. He heard everything with patience and without any complaint.

I know that he has a lot of questions to ask me and I will answer all of them. But first I want him to get better. That's why I have decided to stay with him and take care of him.

Currently, I'm making breakfast for both of us. I know he has a lot of medicines to take so he needs to eat a healthy breakfast and that's why I am making Frittata which is a traditional Italian breakfast dish.

Suddenly, I hear a clearing of throat making me startle so I turn around to see that Nicholas is standing at the entrance of the kitchen. I don't know why but my face heats up seeing him looking at me intentionally. It feels like exactly how like the early times when we just started dating.

The shyness, the butterflies, and the tingling feelings are coming back like a flood as if God is giving me another chance to feel the beauty of love. Yes, I have fallen in love with Nicholas Moretti and I am not a bit ashamed to admit it. I have come to the realization a long time ago but after being away from him, the realization hit me pretty hard.

I don't know what he thinks of our future but I know that I want to be with him forever. I want to have him by my side till I die which I don't want to happen soon as I want to feel how it feels to be with the person who knows you more than you know yourself.

The beeping noise of the microwave pulls me out of my thoughts reminding me about the baking tray. I take the baking tray out carefully and let it cool down a little.

I feel a muscular hand wrap around my waist while his tones chest press into my back. It feels like ages since he has touched me and let me tell you nothing feel more safer than to be in his arms.

"I missed you so much, precious." He whispers in my ear.

"I missed you too." I reply turning around to face him.

I look at his face closely feeling like I want to remember every little detail about him. Although he has some scratches on his face because of the accident yet it doesn't deem him any less to be the most handsome man I have ever laid my eyes on.

"What are you looking at?" He asks.

"Can I not admire my handsome boyfriend?" I ask teasingly.

"Nope, you can't." He replies making me pout.

"And why's that?" I ask wrapping my arms around his neck.

"Because you don't believe me enough to share your problems with me." He replies looking sad.

"I am really sorry about everything. Please forgive me." I let out while giving him puppy eyes making him huff.

"You damn well know how much I can't resist this look of yours. It's definitely not fair." He grumbles while I giggle in response.
