OLIVIA'S POV
we ran to an incoming trauma and this man fall for 10 stories with only a broken neck " page dr shepherd" George said in a loud voice someone everyone would know I thought this man was very strong because he lived. after dr shepherd got up to where we are he started to do a neuro check he looked up at me and jo then he opened his mouth "dr um I'm sorry what is your name" I looked at him "I'm Olivia grey it's nice to meet you" he looked at me shocked and I'm guessing he knows that Meredith grey person "ok so can you take him down for a head CT then when you get it back bring it to me" I nod and dr shepherd looked at George and took him out in the hall

DEREK'S POV
the new intern Olivia looks just like Lexie and her last name is grey so I have to ask George if he knows anything  "is she related to Meredith?" George started to nod "we have to tell Meredith then she will be mad for we don't because I'm her husband" me and George started  to look for Meredith "MEREDITH!" she walks over to me and George "yes and you will never guess what Alex said to me but you go first" l look at George looking for help on what to say "Meredith you have a niece and she looks just like lexie i found out before rounds because she is my intern" she just looked at george like he was crazy then she started laughing "meredith he is serious i just met her and you would really like her" meredith's face drops and just looks at us then she opens her mouth "i want to meet her then" me and george shared a look at said no "well derek has her down at head ct maybe later" meredith made a sad face at me  i knew it was fake but i still felt bad "fine let's go but you have to be nice because she is nice" meredith nodded and me her and george started walking down to where the head ct is
