Ashleigh's POV;
"That was awesome!" Rocky cheered when all the band exited the stage and came over to me backstage. They all high fived me and then we all huddled into a group hug.
"Let's hear it for Ashleigh, hip hip" Riker yelled and everyone smiled before yelling 'HOORAY'. I giggled at them and as we went to pull away a pair of muscular hugged my waist from behind and spun me around. I couldn't help but laugh when their fingers started to tickle my stomach, I was finally released and spun around to see who my attacker was. To no ones surprise it was Ross, he was beaming at me when I looked up at him.
"You did it Ash." He whispered before wrapping his arms around me and pulling me to his chest. I put my hands on his back and rubbed it up and down softly while looking into his eyes.
"I couldn't of done it without you, thank you so much Ross" He smiled and looked down at my lips and then back into my eyes, I bit my lip and leaned in slowly. I closed my eyes when our lips were millimetres apart only to be interrupted by someone. I turned my head and saw Riker stood there smiling.
"Come on love birds, there's plenty of time for that later. Right now there's a whole queue full of fans waiting for autographs" He explained while pointing behind him to a room where all the fans were piling in.
We sighed and pulled apart from each other, Ross pouted so I kissed his cheek and he smiled instantly. I grabbed his hands and pulled him to the room with me. The band went behind a small white table and took their seats, I was just about to walk over to where Ryland usually stands when Ross guided me over to the table.
"Ross what are you doing?" I asked as I scrunched my eyebrows together, he walked me behind the table and pulled a chair to the side of his. He turned to me and then looked at the chair "Sit". I gave him a look but decided to sit anyway. Through out the whole signing I sat there on my phone texting some old friends in Colorado until someone caught my attention.
"Can I have your autograph?" I looked up to see a little girl standing there with a notepad and pen, she looked about 7. I smiled at her and took it from her.
"Of course, did you enjoy the show?" I asked while I signed the notepad with a heart a the end. I handed it back to her and she smiled.
"Yeah, I really liked your song" This gave me butterflies slightly, I had my first ever fan. This was so exciting even if she was a little girl it still means a lot to know that she liked my song.
"Aw thank you sweetie" I said and she looked like she wanted a hug so I opened my opens and she smiled up at me before wrapping her arms around me tightly, when we pulled apart I heard a click. I looked up to see Ross holding his phone up, he obviously just took a picture.
"Thank you for the autograph" She said before walking back over to an older lady which I assumed must of been her mom. I sat back in my chair and smiled to myself. 'My first fan' I thought to myself, I looked up to meet the gorgeous eyes of my boyfriend.
"That was the cutest thing" He said and I nodded in agreement. When the signing was over, we all headed back to the bus and got changed, I put on a pair of grey Hollister cove shorts and a white tank top. I pulled my hair into a messy bun before walking out into the seating area where everyone was talking about the concert, I slid on to the seat next to Rydel.
"Hey Ash look at this" She said as she handed me her phone, I took it and saw a picture of me performing. "They love you Ash" She squealed and I giggled at her as I started looking at all of the comments below the picture, I was surprised that they were all nice and there wasn't any hate.
"Wow that's awesome" I said as I handed her phone back. I thought about what it felt like when I was singing, who knew that I'd feel so happy when I was singing. When the lights turned back on I was so connected with the song that I wasn't bothered by it anymore, I know that I'm probably not completely over my stage fright yet but I was getting there, thanks to Ross.
"Hey guys, I think I'm gonna go to bed it's been a long night" I said as I slid out of my seat and stood up.
"Ok honey, goodnight" Stormie said before planting a kiss on my cheek, everyone else said good night and I walked into the bunks section, I climbed up into Ross' bunk and pulled the curtain across. I was starting to drift off when I heard the curtain pull back again, I turned my head to see Ross sliding in beside me. I smiled up at him while he closed the curtain, he must of thought I was asleep because he didn't say a word, I turned around to face him when he began to lay down.
"Hi" I whispered softly, he jumped a little bit before looking at me.
"I thought you were asleep" He whispered back, I giggled at him. He flicked the light on so we could see each other more clearly. He rolled on to his side and started stroking my cheek. "You did great out there" He said not taking his eyes off of mine.
"So you keep saying" He looked into my eyes as he tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. "I'm serious" He sounded it too, even if he was whispering.
"I know and thank you." He smiled at me. He looked at my lips for a while and then back into my eyes, a smile played at his lips.
"So where were we before we were sadly interrupted?" He whispered as he leaned in closer, his lips brushed against mine when he spoke. I grinned when I felt his hand move from my cheek down to her side of my neck as he cupped it gently.
"I think I know" I whispered before capturing his lips in mine, they moved in perfect sync with each others. He pulled me closer so that I was slightly on him but not fully since the bunks weren't that big, I ran my fingers through the hair behind his ear and it felt so soft. It was just like touching silk. We carried on for about 30 seconds until we both pulled away.
I closed my eyes and smiled when I felt his hot breath hitting my face, I felt myself drifting off when Ross started to whisper again. "Ash?"
"Hmm?" I hummed as I opened my eyes slightly to look at him.
"I have something important to tell you" He said, his voice shaking slightly. I opened my eyes wider and sat up slightly.
"Ok?" I said more as a question.
"I-I-" He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, I stroked his face softly getting his full attention.
"You can tell me anything" I said as softly as I could.
He took a deep breath again and the smell of peppermint filled the bunk.
"I love you" He said not taking his eyes off of mine, my eyes widened and he must of noticed because he began to panic. "I'm sorry, I knew I shouldn't of said anything" He started to climbed out of the bunk "Just forget it, I'm sorry" He went to pull the curtain back but I grabbed his bicep and pulled him towards me, kissing him with as much love that I could show in one kiss. He kissed me back and rolled over so he was slightly hovering me, he gently moved his hands from my waist and caressed my sides. I pulled back feeling breathless.
"I love you too" I panted and his face lit up.
"Really?" He asked. I nodded my head biting my lip.
"Since before you left Colorado" I said truthfully and his smile grew wider.
"Me too, I was just too afraid to admit it" He replied, I felt the tears building up in my eyes as sealed the moment with a kiss.
