"Did you forget who your dad was?"
"Well- I mean it's umm complicated?"
Izuku winced at his poor excuse, he knew it sounded weird.
"Complicated, are you dumb?"
"No! But well-"
Yeah, he had no way to explain this. Even he knew that this was a stretch.
"Whatever."
Izuku looked up a bit surprised. Bakugou never let something go that fast, especially when he had the chance to use it against the other.
"What?"
"I said whatever idiot!"
At that he couldn't help but smile. Was this Bakugou being... nice? In his own gruff strange way? Maybe. Maybe Izuku getting his friend back wasn't as far fetched as he believed.
-Ding Ding Ding-
The final bell rang and just like that Izuku jumped up, bumping into Bakugou on the way. He quickly grabbed his bag and apologized to his desk mate before scrambling out the door and running outside.
He stopped only once he was at the school gates. He started to scan the area, looking for the man dressed in all black that he got attached to these past few months.
Leaning against a small black car was none other than Aizawa. At seeing the man Izuku instantly thought back to the conversation he was with Bakugou a measly few minutes ago. He called Aizawa his dad. The hero had been with him through everything, sure he wasnt there when he was born or before his quirk, but he was a major part of his life. Izuku's biological dad never was, and probably never will be. His hero, the one who kept him sane during the nights, the one who was awake when Izuku was, even if the world wasn't.
He called his hero, dad. Was he even allowed to do that?
He was told that they're posing as a family, but he was also told that it's until his mom is better. Does having his mom back mean he loses Aizawa? His dad?

Aizawa waited against his car- another thing he deemed that needed an upgrade- waiting for Izuku. The bell was only a few minutes away from ringing and knowing Izuku he'd come rushing out looking for him. He seemed excited at the prospect of house shopping.
He had been thinking about it, if he got a new house he'd need more furniture and such to fill it. For starters buying beds, his current one is the most expensive thing he's ever bought apart from the apparent and the car. He needed good sleep. This meant he was set on his own mattress, but not bed frame.
He was getting a headache just thinking about it. He absolutely loathed shopping. Maybe he could just do it online to save the annoyance. Except for the fact that Izuku has to participate and he'd probably enjoy going to the mall. It's times like these that Aizawa missed his high school friends
He looked down at his watch and saw that school was finished by now. He moved his gaze up to the gate and simply waited for the ball of energy that was bound to be there soon.
When Izuku did come to view however, he simply stood at the gate, staring at Aizawa. He got concerned so he removed himself from the car, locking it behind him, and started to walk over. He picked up the pace, practically jogging. No one had to know, and in that moment no one esle mattered. When he reached him he bent down putting his hands on Izuku's shoulders.
"Hey kid, you alright?"
At this he began to shake, the tell tales of crying. Aizawa started to panic a bit. After all, he had no clue what was going on. The kid looked just fine two minutes ago but now he was crying?
