"Then, if that's the case. I will make you a deal~" Tawes said as he lightly smacked the left cheek once more, "I will not give you a second brutal spanking session,

we will let you off with just a warning. That is,

you are willing to agree to something else~"

"And what else would he have to agree to?" Finnegan asked, genuinely curious himself.

"You are going to tell us where you live, and we're going to strap you to our hood in that wedgie and drive you back home. Otherwise, this rod is slapping your ass purple and then you get to go to the local police station still in an atomic wedgie. The choice is yours~"

Andrei growled softly, not saying anything for a few moments. He honestly considered the second option, the idea of being publicly humiliated like that really irked him. But, despite his bad behavior, he had yet to develop a public record. The last thing he wanted was to end up at a police station with an atomic and a purple ass.

With a deep, stuttering sigh, he mumbled out, "F...fine, we'll go with the first option. Last thing I want is to end up at a police station like this..."

"Excellent choice~ Now, Finnegan, if you don't mind, help me with him."

"Aye." Came his only reply. The two cops then picked Andrei up and marched him over to their police cruiser, where they used the remainder of his shirt to bind him to the hood of it. Once he was secure, they gave his ass a slap of approval and headed over to Andrei's two other victims. After ten or so minutes, Frank and the dragonfly were relieved of their wedgies, although they were not given back their missing clothes. After that business was settled, and the pantsless Frank and near naked dragonfly were heading off in Frank's cruiser, the two cops headed back to their car.

"Ready, asshat?" Finnegan asked as he climbed into the passenger seat. Tawes did the same on the driver's side, rolling the window down as he started the cruiser up. He then asked Andrei, "Alright, where's your house at?"

Andrei did not fight back during the whole process. He submitted like a good, defeated wasp. With a sigh, he grumbled out, "143 Weston Avenue..." That was definitely not in the nicest part of town. Then again, they currently were in a pretty crappy area, so it would not be much of a change of scenery. Still, it gave a bit of insight into Andrei's broader situation.

He gently struggled against the bindings, testing them and making sure he would remain firmly attached to the roof. Despite how humiliating this shit was, the last thing he wanted was to go flying off and onto the asphalt...

The drive was swift, the duo purposely avoiding the highway, partially to avoid splattering Andrei if anything went wrong and partially so more people could see him clearly. As they crossed into the primarily bug populated part of town, Tawes felt a bit of sympathy for the thug wasp. Still, a hint of amusement graced his mandibles as jeers from several people hit his and Andrei's ears. Finnegan even laughed himself.

Twenty minutes later, they had arrived at the house. The two officers got out and untied Andrei, before marching him up to the door and ringing the bell. Tawes half-expected Andrei's mother or father to answer the door.

To their surprise, a lean and small mantid answered. His compound eyes widened at the wasp cops. "O-oh, umm... h-how can I help you two officers? I... I, oh..." His eyes fell upon Andrei who was half-hiding behind the two men in uniform. Still stuck in the atomic wedgie, he did everything to avoid looking at the mantid.

Surprisingly, the mantid blushed like crazy and started stuttering way worse than before, "I-I... u-umm... did he do a-anything really b-bad this time? I-I don't w...want to have to bail him out. W-we don't have a lot of money..." His tone was very meek, definitely an extreme contrast to Andrei.
