Episode 6: Lunch with the Freak

I hop into his van and looks over at him, he smiles turning down the music. "You didn't even let me open the door for you m'lady~" he teased as he starts driving. "I can open the door for myself Eddie~" I chuckle as I look out the window. "Where are you gonna go?" "Somewhere special, it's my secret place~" he reassured me. He tapped the console in front of me. "Look in there and pick a mixtape, I'm taking you out so feel comfortable~." I blushed a bit and opened it seeing all the mixtapes he had. I looked through all of them, he had such good music taste-! "Mmmmm there all good, but you gotta listen to something new." I said as I grabbed a mixtape from my work vest pocket. I load it into the radio and looks over back at him for a reaction. It was a Led Zeppelin tape I had for a long while. As the strumming guitar of "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You" started he looked over. "Damn, looking at you definitely doesn't strike the type of person to listen to this~" he chuckled as he turned it up. "What, you don't like it~?" I teased as I laid back in the seat. He rolls his eyes and starts to head bang slightly as the drums start growing louder. "EDDIE-! CAREFUL YOUR DRIVING-!" I shove him as he starts to laugh making me laugh a bit. He pulls into a parking lot and hops out running over to my side. He opens the door and bows down. "M'lady~" he says as he looks up at me through his curly brown hair. I blush jumping down and closing the door behind me. "You are such a nerd~" I tease looking at him. "Now you sound like Sinclair's sister" he pointed out. "Oh Erica? She loves me, maybe a little more now that we can all agree your a nerd~" I giggle as I hold onto his arm. "W-Wowwww, I am offended Henderson-!" I notice him stutter as I hold his arm closer. I giggle a bit as he leads me into the store. "W-What's so funny-?" He asks looking down at me. "Your stuttering Eddie, relax a bit~." I look around, it's a big convenient store full of snacks and drinks. I run around a bit looking down all the aisles. "Never been in a convenient store m'lady~?" "Not this big-! They have everything-!" I grab some stuff; energy drinks, chips, a sandwich and some candy. "Here start getting our slurpees while I get all our stuff rung up." I nod putting my stuff down and going over. I grab us a slurpee each, both blue raspberry. As I finish up I feel a bit light headed. Holding onto the counter I try to calm down closing my eyes. What was going on? Why does my head suddenly feel so light? I snapped out of it as the store bell rang. I looked around, everything was normal? I walk back over to Eddie putting my money down. "Hey, nope-! Put that back-! I'm paying for this, plus I gotta get some cigarettes." "Eddie no-! Let me pay for what I got-!" I demanded looking at him. "Nope, come on m'lady~" he said bringing all of our stuff to his van. He ran and opened the door helping me up this time. He ran back to his side and closed the door. You smiled but as he started to drive you couldn't shake away the feeling. What happened in there-?
