Episode 9: Middle of the Nightmare

The sound of chimes in the back of my head I could hear. One chime, two chimes, three chimes, four. Suddenly a voice speaks; "Y/n, you better run...you and your little boyfriend...Eddie." I jumped up a bit and looked around, breathing heavily. I had woken up next to Eddie, he looked up at me suddenly and rubbed his eyes. "Hey hey, what's up-? Are you okay-?" He looked up at me caressing my cheek. I sniffle gripping his arm tightly. "T-There was something talking to me. It sounded bad, and it s-said my name, then yours-!" "Wait hold on, it mentioned me and you-?" He asked caressing my cheek more. "M-Mhm, it told us to run...like it was coming for us. Then I heard 4 chimes, from like a clock.." His eyes widened a bit, seeing me tremble. He hugs me tightly and rubs my back as I hold him tightly. "It won't get us okay..? Just relax, I'm here.." he whispered carefully brushing my hair with his fingers. I relaxed as he carried me over to the kitchen, Dustin was playing games on the couch. "Stayin up late-?" Eddie asker him as he grabbed a beer from the back of the fridge. "Yup, could ask you the same thing~" Dustin replied. "Relax, she had a nightmare and I just came to get a drink. We didn't do anything, yet~." He teased making Dustin shut up. He walked us back to my room as he laid me back on top of his chest. I could hear his heart beat as he took a couple sips from his beer. "You smell like shit freak...especially your shirt.." I mumbled. He chuckled a bit as he twirled a strand of my hair around his finger. "Welp, its what happens when you smoke pot and drink beer every day~." "It's still nice...but you need to wash up..." "I will soon, relax~" he whispered as he kissed my head and rubbed my back. Soon we both fell asleep, and the next day started.
