3rd Person POV:

"So your parents know you're sick?" Toya asked Izuku as they sat down on his couch.

"Yeah, but they don't know that I already know." Izuku told Toya as he relaxed into the couch.

"So what do you want me to do? Cause I am not doing anything illegal, I'm on parole."

"Nothing, I just need a place to hang low. The only person that knows I hang out with you is Kami."

"Alright, just don't make a mess. By the way, I think I'm close to finding your birth mom." Toya told him as he stood up from the couch and grabbed a blue folder.

"Shit, for real?"

"Yeah, I asked a buddy of mine to look up your adoption records. Which your dads were right about her not wanting to be known. When she signed her parental rights away, it was done anonymously. Meaning she doesn't want to be found by anyone. Sooo, I went to the hospital you were born and nicely persuaded a nurse to tell me who delivered you. Luckily, the doctor remembered you and your bio mom because of your green hair."

"Wait, so you're saying she has green hair too?"

"Yup, the name was Inko Tanaka, but that person doesn't exist anymore. Not since the day you were born."

"Does she really not me to find her?" Izuku commented, starting to worry if he'll ever find her.

"Hey, give her the benefit of the doubt. You don't know her reasons." Toya said, trying to console his friend.

"Yeah, well, what about my father?"

"There isn't one listed. In fact, the doctor said when they asked her for a name, she yelled at them for assuming there was one."

"So, my bio dad is unknown?"

"Sorry, kid."

"Nah, it's alright. As long as we can find one parent." Izuku announced hopefully.

"Well, there may be another way," Toya mentioned, unsure how Izuku would react.

"Like what?"

"Well, my sister works at a crime lab. I could ask her to run your DNA through the database and see if anyone registered in the database comes out a match."

"But that would mean you come out of hiding from your family."

"Yeah, but if it helps you get your life back, I'll do anything. You're like my little brother."

"Hmhm." Izuku chuckled, knowing what that meant for the 26-year-old man.

"How is he, by the way? Shoto?"

" He seems okay. I wouldn't really know; he keeps to himself."

"Yeah, sounds like him."

"He does hang out with this girl in our class. Her name is Momo."

"She good for him?"

"I'm not telling you any more info until you talk to your family."

"Okay." Toya said, shrugging as if it was no big deal to him anymore.

"Wait, for real? You are finally going to talk to them?" Izuku asked, so shocked that he stood up and followed Toya to the hallway.

"I just said that I would talk to my sister." He stated, reminding Izuku of his seriousness.

"I didn't think you would actually do it!"

"Well, I am."

"Well, don't do it for me because if you're not ready, I don-"
