Harry raised his wand. "Go."

Everyone moved at once, taking positions. Kingsley, Bill, and George began moving around the premises, putting up wards. No one could run away. They were stuck here. Draco, Blaise, Theo, and Harry moved towards the front door. All of them blew open the door, immediately putting their wands together to shield the initial blast of spells sent their way. Theo broke it first and began to fight back, Blaise breaking seconds after, then Harry. Draco was last, grinning as he spun his wand.

The four of them fought by themselves, multiple yells of frustration. She had played her game long enough. This was it. Multiple men dropped, but the four remained strong. Draco laughed happily as Ron led the attackers successfully through the back, surprising the large crowd from behind. Draco kept fighting with everything in him, waiting for the signal from Harry. Once the rest of the Aurors joined, Harry nodded at Draco. Draco moved forward, against the wall to the staircase.

When he got to the top, he came face-to-face with Greyback. He held his wand, feeling more confident now than ever. The wolf-man hybrid stared at him with a sickening smile. "It's over, Greyback. Move aside. If you're lucky, my partner will get you." Draco smirked, making Greyback laugh. "You don't want me yourself, Draco? Why? Are you afraid?" Greyback teased. "No. I am not. I am not afraid of you, what you stand for, and nor am I afraid of her. She isn't any sort of hybrid. Just a human. She should be afraid." Draco grinned.

Greyback threw his wand towards Draco, it was bright green, and Draco quickly threw his wand towards Greyback. Their spells collided, and Draco felt like he had seen this scene before. Expelliarmus was Draco's spell, and Avada Kedavra was Greybacks. This felt... surreal. Full circle almost. Greyback yelled out as he pushed more of his magic into the wand. But once again, it was a full moon.

Greyback was only strongest on a full moon. Draco tentatively took a step forward, his spell pushing forward against the green. Suddenly, Draco thought of everyone that had died. All of the people who had families, lovers, brothers, sisters, kids. His eyebrows furrowed and he pushed the magic further, his eyes angry. Greyback dropped his wand and fell to his knees. "Any last words?" Draco asked. But Greyback didn't get a chance to answer. He had stunned Greyback, and now the man had to await the fate of Azkaban.

Or the new death penalty.

Draco walked further down the hallway, thinking of Hermione. He could sense she was safe, but full of anxiety. She was probably sitting on the couch with Ginny, clutching her knees to her chest as she held back a panic. Ginny tries to calm her down, reassure her. After this, Draco was taking his line into his hands again. He stood outside of the door, panting gently. He pushed his hair back and opened the door, his wand raised at the ready.

"Here it is, our final night alive." Katie said, facing out of a window. Her room was trashed, and papers were ripped up everywhere. "No, it's your final night alive, Katie." Draco growled. She turned to face him, the ghost of Bellatrix seemed to play on her face. "Never suspected me, would you?" Katie asked. "Why did you do this, Katie? You firsthand felt the effects of dark magic." Draco asked, his wand still raised. His eyes carefully scanned the room. "I don't have my wand on me, actually. It was snapped." Katie chuckled.

Draco flinched as a blinding white light flashed. He looked out of the window and saw all of her followers trying to run, and instead facing their fate at the wards. Turning into nothing but ash. Draco swallowed thickly. Those poor people had their lives taken from them, and there was no turning back. "If you aren't an Alpha, how are you controlling them?" Draco asked, looking at the woman.

She poured a glass of fire whiskey, shrugging. "I guess I should just tell you everything, then." She chuckled. "It began in the sixth year. It was the first year I stayed at Hogwarts for Christmas break. I wanted to feel independent. Feel like I could take care of myself without needing my parents in the same home. So, I did. And for a while, I was successful. And then, I entered the bathroom in the Three Broomsticks. A beautiful, dark green velvet package sat on the toilet. You know what I am saying, don't you, Draco? This story is very familiar.
