Going back (Chapter 20)

Natsu had fire surrounding him. He cracked Gajeel iron and sent him flying. He never gave Gajeel a break. Hiting over and over until he flew out of the giant robot. Happy had picked me and Lucy up, he was struggling to fly with both of us but still tried. "Where is he!?" Lucy said, I scanned around for him. 'Come on Natsu where are you?' We spotted him standing over Gajeel and I smiled. "He's down!" Lucy said, as Natsu fell to the floor. He was covered head to toe in scratches and bruises. "Well, that was fun, but I think I'm gonna rest a little." Natsu said to us, I laughed. "Yeah you definitely deserve a good rest after that." Natsu smiled at me and gave me a weak thumbs up. "What a mess. Oh man, talk about overdoing it." Lucy mummbled, Happy laughed happily, "Aye, that's Natsu for ya!" Natsu smiled even bigger and laughed tiredly. Lucy wrapped her arms around me in a hug. It was kind of an awkward one since we were mid air, but meh. I'm not complaining. We landed down and I knelt by Natsu. Swiping some hair from his face. He snuggled into my hand and I couldn't help but laugh. We sat with him a while as some fight went on. Cause chaos. Soon a bright light blinded me and I felt myself falling. When I landed I was laying by Natsu. "Natsu! Y/n! You ok?" Lucy called, me and Natsu began to laugh. "What the heck is going on in there?" Happy asked, making Natsu laugh more. "Pretty sure that's Gramps in there settling the score." I smiled brightly, gramps is ok! I sat back up and laughed loudly. "That old man is pretty stubborn huh?" I asked, Natsu nodded his head with a chuckle. The shaking became super intense. A golden light glowing brightly. I held onto Natsu as the force of the light was so strong. When the light finally died down I blinked hard. "Jeez that was intense." I mumbled, Natsu held my waist and I held his shoulders. When I noticed our position I blushed and stood up. Natsu smiled and I put my hand out. He took it and I pulled him up. He softly rubbed the scratches on my face. A soft frown painted his face and his thumb light brushed the cut on my head. "We are victorious." I heard the master call out. I looked up and saw him standing at the top of the robot. "But I had very little to do with it. This victory is yours, my children!" Natsu look up at Gramps, "We couldn't of done it without you big guy." He laughed and I leaned onto his shoulder, giggling along.

Happy came back for me and brought me to my sister. We stood, watching everyone cheer. "Everybody here looks so happy now, don't they?" Happy asked Lucy, but she just looked down sadly. "Yeah." I looked at her and frowned. "You okay sis?" Master made it down here and looked at the guild hall. Or what once was the guild hall. "It's in ruins. They really did a number on it, huh?" Me and Lucy walked up to him. "Master, I'm so sorry." I scratched my head and said, "Me too." He turned to look at us, our eyes downcast. "My children, you've been through a lot lately, but don't let it get you down."

"Yeah let's see a smile you guys." I know that voice, and turned to see Levy with the boys. I couldn't help but laugh. "We're back." She winked at us and smiled, "You're all right." Lucy said, She put her hands behind her back and swung around. "We beat Phantom, so there's no reason for you to be sad." Droy looked up at the guild hall. "Sure, they might've destroyed our guild hall, but we're gonna rebuild that even bigger and better." I nodded my head and could feel Lucy's despair. "I'm sorry that we had you worried guys." Lucy shook her head, "No it was all our fault." I nodded and shifted slightly. "Yeah you got hurt because of us. We're really sorry." I apoligized, Levy grinned and let her arms fall to her side. "We heard about your secret, but there's not a single person in the guild who thinks you're to blame." Reemus scratched his hair, "She's right. In fact, I owe you guys an apology." Reemus no you don't. "Lucy, Y/n, though we may not be able to share our feelings of happiness and sadness entirely, we do share them to some extent. That's what happens in a guild. One person's happiness becomes everyone's happiness. One person's anger becomes everyone's anger. And one person's tears becomes everyone's tears. There's no reason for you to feel guilty, so don't cry. You should already know how much everyone here cares about you." Lucy began to cry and so did I. That rhymed. I rubbed my nose aggressively, trying to not sob. But I couldn't catch the couple of tears that left my eyes. "Hold your heads high, my dears. Because you are proud members of the fairytale family." Lucy began to cry loudly, her tears falling to the floor. More rushed from my eyes silently. I wiped at them furiously. Lucy fell down and Levy ran over to comfort her. Droy and Jet both placed a hand on my shoulder. I smiled and then heard the master crying. Wait what?
