I'm a bit wobbly on my board. I can't go overly fast. I really don't wanna risk the chances of getting a head rush and falling on my face. Once I get at a decent pace, I whipped out my Sony phone and played some Breathe Carolina. Shadows came up on my playlist and I moved my hips to the beat. I quickened my pace and went down the hill of someone's driveway, making me go faster. I made a sharp turn left and almost fell in the process. I follow the thin road and skate up James' driveway. I hopped off the old, creaky board and let my Vans slap against the warm concrete. I hesitantly walk up to his door and let my tiny fist connect with the wood of the door.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

I hear fumbling coming from the other side which is followed by a crash. I'm getting a little bit worried. "A-are you OK?" I stutter. The pitter patter of bare feet can be heard running towards the door and the sound of a lock clicking open following in suit. The door swings open to reveal a tired-looking James wearing nothing but plaid boxers. I try to focus and control my blush because, well... I like the guy! Don't judge me! He looks really sexy like that... He smirks, noticing my reaction, and says,

"Would you like to come in?" My heart melts upon hearing his voice and I walk in the small living room. He walks to what I assume to be his bedroom and i follow closely behind, happy to have seen him again. His mere presence can lighten my mood. "Make yourself comfortable," he mumbles as he closes the door behind me.

I flop down onto the foot of his twin mattress. He takes a seat next to me and looks towards me.

"So," he sighs with a half smile. "What brings you here?"

"I just really missed you," I blurt out, not thinking. An instant blush spread across my cheeks after I realized what I had just said. CRAP. He chuckled and laid next to me, pulling me closer to him.

"I missed you too," he said as our lips connected.
