1. Gaia's driving

Here I am getting ready for another night out that the group set up for tonight and of course Gaia didn't let me to say no.
She's my best friend and I never get to say no to her, she knows how to be persuasive when she wants.
She walks into my house all dressed up and ready to go and I still have to put something on, I was to concentrate to get the eyeliner perfect that I forgot to look at the clock.

She looks stunning as always even she always complaining about her look and about her not feeling good in her own skin.

"How it looks?" I ask spinning around with a black, short sparkly dress.
"Good." she says smiling at me after checking me out few times.
Then I grab my purse and we walk out after kissing my sister on the cheek and letting her know that I'll be getting back late.

She drives and when we get to the club I already know that this night will be lower than the others.

Monaco is the world of luxury so you must be thinking that we all live a really happy and healthy life but that's not the reality.
Monaco night life is so long that actually a night in a club can and even at the 6 in the morning but it's also dangerous like every night out in every other city.

Always the club is full of old horny man or young rick guys that are competing with the other guys about who has the bigger one and no I'm mot talking about the thing between their legs but I'm talking about their Rolex, Yachts or Villas.

I'm very thankful that I ended in a really cool circle of friends that are not concentrated on those things but they all have goals in life and have fun with each other. They live adventures and I like discovering new places.

In total we are in ten, seven boys, me, Gaia and Marta.

When we get to spot the guys, Gaia waves at them and then she walks through the sweaty and already drunk people making me some space.

"Here you are, we thought that you two got lost." Riccardo says. He is the real state agent of the group and he's such a hard worker besides a good looking guy.

I know the most of them since high school and I really love them as a second family.

I give a quick kiss in the cheek to Marta that looks gorgeous like always with her long dark bro hair losing down her shoulders and her body wrapped in a bright orange dress.

"Who of you two drove here?" Charles asks looking  down, pointing his blue eye at her and show Gaia a sceptical stare.
"Giada." I say trying to hold a laugh already knowing that a joke is coming from his mouth.
He lets out a giggle and Gaia smacks his arm.
"That's not funny!" she barks at the rest of the group that is looking at her biting their lips holding a laugh.
"I'm sorry the next time I will pick you two up." Charles says winking at Gaia.
"I hit the bell but your mom said you were out." Gaia says furrowing her eyebrows. She mumbled about that the whole ride, because he didn't told her he wasn't at home.
"Yeah, I went to get these two. Sorry I should have told you." he says pointing at Joris and Thomas.

Joris is a really talented content creator and he will be following Charles for the entire 22 F1 season as his official videographer.
Instead, Thomas is a personal trainer and he worked his ass of every single day. I admire him so much especial when I see his screens posted on his stories where his applewach is counting like runs of ten to fifteen kilometres.
I wish I could be that resistant.

"You know I could not bell to your mom if we decided to move out together." she says almost in a whisper but loud enough to let the entire group listen.

I look at Charles face.
His blue that sometimes turns in green eyes get wide and from the redness on his cheeks I can say that he almost skip a beat.

They are dating from years now, since the last years of high school.
I know him before than Gaia because we are neighbours since the elementary school days and our parents are really great friends.

His eyes are always searching for her and despite his popularity since his passion is driving fast cars and this year he got lucky enough to sign with the biggest team in F1, with Ferrari, la rossa as the italians calls it, he is a really loyal boyfriend to Gaia and a really good friend to us.

He is the most good looking guy of the group and I don't blame Gaia for being so jealous over him because he is also such a caring , kind and simple person ever and it's so hard to find a guy with all those qualities.

I have to be honest when she mentioned them moving out on their own my smiled died on my lips because I can't think of not having Charles as neighbour anymore.

I enjoy his company and he is such a good friend to me and one of the closest one of the group with Thomas and Riccardo.

I remember him mentioning about an apartment that Riccardo showed him that it's placed in one of the best spots in Monaco and its facing at the street circuit of Monaco but I didn't thought he was considering to move out from his mom's house.

I can't blame him tho, he just got to sign a multi million deal with Ferrari, he can afford to live alone, he's also almost twenty two but is he ready to go and cohabit with Gaia?
By his reaction I would say the answer is no and I think she should slow down a bit  because she already mentioned to me about engagement... They are young, in a happy relationship and I think they should live life for a little longer beforee thinking about engagement and adult life.

"We will talk about that.." he says forcing smile and by her face expression she understood.
