"Eww, why would you lick the bathroom stall door." Victoria's laughter filled the hospital room. Her voice back to its original harmony which graced Todd's ears.

"Hay I was dared to and I was only seven, you told me you wouldn't laugh," Todd crossed his arm in a defensive. "Plus I would have had to lick the toilet seat if they had chosen." He grumbled feeling embarrassed as Victoria bursted out into another fit of laughter.

She calmed down moments later, picking up her head she looked at Todd who was staring at her in utter betrayal. Looking at him she couldn't help but stifle another laugh.

"Jeez it's not that funny" He whined out trying to get Victoria to stop.

"Ok, ok" she held up her arms up proving to Todd that she was done laughing. "Oh by the way my brother is visiting me today will that be fine with you," she asked Todd out of nowhere.

He froze for a minute. he didn't blink or move his mouth or body at all, in fact he didn't look like he was breathing. Victoria was getting a little worried that something happened to him. She reached out to Todd ready to shake him only for her to jump back at the sudden shouted question.

"Wait you have a brother!?" Todd was surprised, Victoria never mentioned having a brother, or any siblings for that matter.

Victoria put a hand on her chest,"Oh my gosh Todd, I thought you died for a moment there." Todd looked at her confused confused at what she said. She was going to comment about his reaction but, she figured it was pointless and moved on, answering his question.

"Yes, I forgot to mention him earlier but He's not my brother by blood or name he is just a very close friend. We have a sibling like relationship so I call him that sometimes." she stated.
"But he should be here soon, he said he would be here around five and it's four fifty-eight." Victoria pointed at the clock that hung on the furthest wall from them.

Todd looked at the clock to see the two hands in the right position. The short hand was almost on the five and the long hand was two tick marks away from it aligning with the twelve. Todd only meant to take a quick glance but He just stared at the clock seeming to have him caught in a trans. The longer he looked at the clock the more it began to change. As the red hand ticked the glass surface of the clock got darker until the numbers, tick marks and hands couldn't be seen anymore. Todd kept looking at the clock fazing out his Surroundings. He focused on the glass that now perfectly showed the bent reflection of the room. The image of the room began to warp in the reflection. The warm hue of the orange light turned into a pale blue color making the image cold. Pollen like particles seemed to start covering parts of the floor while also floating in the air. The two people that were in the room began to disappear with a blonde women replacing Todd's position.

The women seemed to be staring right back at Todd as if she could see him. The women sat there until she got up and walked forward her face covering the entirety of the glass. Todd did nothing but stare as the women began to touch the lens in which Todd viewed her. The clocks surface began to ripple as the women's fingers breached the glass. Todd was just watching until he felt something touch his shoulder, shaking him out of his concentration.

Todd looked at the hand that was on his shoulder following it back to we're it came from and saw a pair of worried blue eyes staring back at him. Todd began to become more aware of his surroundings remembering he was with Victoria. "Sorry, I kinda spaced out a bit," Todd apologized to her answering the questions that she was about to ask.

"Are you sure." Victoria wanted a confirmation from him before she moved on, at that he gave a slight nod.

"Ok, I was a little worried, mabe a bit to worried I thought I saw silver in your eyes." Todd seemed to tense up from her statement but relaxed before she noticed. He wanted to move on from the topic so he asked her a question.
