Sabrina's POV:

So we are currently in our way to the new hospital, they just informed me that there is a school program for the kids that can't go out without supervision, so I basically go to a new school and now I can't see my friends everyday...

I know Shawn is coming today because the guitar lessons he goes to are down a block. and he told me he would pass by on his way home.

"Ok we are here" the hospital person ,who drives patients, said to me and my mom.

"Thank you" I said with a slight smile.

"No problem, goodluck. I'll pray for you to get better." he said with a sympathetic smile.

"Thanks" I said back. my mom and I got off and we went to get check in.

"Oh are you Sabrina Castillo?" A nurse in some rainbow scrubs asked.

"Y-yeah"i said a bit shy.

"Follow me we have been waiting for you" she said with a very cheerful smile. for someone who has to deal with kids with cancer everyday she seems VERY happy .....

"Ok thanks" I said, I felt nervous I'm bad when it comes to meeting new people.

"Hey it's ok, everyone here is very kind." she said with a warm smile.

"Give it back to me you asshole!" A girl in sweat and a tank top said, she was trying something back from a boy.

"Ok except the twins" she said referring to the girl and the guy. wow they're twins and they are both in the hospital? They seem find though? She's dressed normal, like any typical girl. while I look like I'm in my death clothes. but I guess you can't judge by a books cover.

"Kylie and Jack introduce your self" she said with a stern smile.

"Hi I'm Kylie and this is Jack what I'm forced to call my brother" she said with a laugh. how is she so happy?

"H-Hey I'm Sabrina" I said shyly.

"Kylie why don't you show her, her room" the nurse who's name tag read Becky.

"Sure thing." Kylie said cheerfully, I think we'll get along just fine.

"So why are you here?" She said curiously... um is this not a cancer hospital....

"Um... cancer" I said politely yet confused.

"Oh it's cause they also treat other conditions here... like Riana, my friend, she's being treated for bulimia, and I'm being treated for a lung disease. " she said.

"Ohh wow, i didn't know that." I said shocked.

"Yeah well this is your room" she said leading me into a room that wasn't the best but, it's was WAY better than the other hospital.

"don't worry once you go to school you earn cooler furniture and better colors" she said laughing

"Oh ok" I said giggling.

"Well I'm going to let you settle in and then I can introduce you to everyone, can I have your number?" She asked.

"Yeah of course, and thanks for making me feel comfortable" I said while handing her my number.

"Yeah no problem, thanks I'll see you later, enjoy!" She said jogging out.

I was looking at the happy kids pass by, wow, even knowing their condition they keep a smile on. I mean it's not like I'm going to fix anything by being negative might as well find the good in it.

I was putting clothes away in the drawers when I heard a knock, expecting it to be my mom I turned and saw... Shawn.

"Hey how are you settling in?" he said walking over to hug me, and then gave me a kiss on my forehead.

"Good everyone is cool so far" I said with a smile.

"You look a lot better here, you seem more relax." he said gladly.

"Yeah seeing the little ones so happy make me feel better." I said referring to the little toddlers who were playing with toys in the playroom across, not knowing what's happening to their fragile bodies.

"Yeah one of them ran over my foot with the little tricycle." he said laughing cause me to laugh as well.

"It sucks that this is my home until and if I get better" I said huffing.

"You'll be better before you know it" he said with a smile, "but I actually got to go because I stopped here before practice. Bye i love you" he said giving me a tight hug.

"Bye, me too" after that he left and closed the door behind him. my mom had left a while ago since she can't stay here so I'm basically feeling how it is to move out.

Kylie: hey wanna hang at 6:30 in my room w the rest of the crew?😎💜

Me: yeah for sure but what's your room number?😫😹

Kylie: oh right haha sorry it's 523 it's right above yours, so click the number 5 on the elevator. 😛

Me: haha it's ok and alright see you then😌

It's still 4:33 so I have plenty of time to get some rest. I put an alarm at 6:00 so I wouldn't have a sleepy face when I met everyone. I hope everything goes good with the new "squad."

Unfortunately I won't be able to see Cass or Katrina as much, since they are busy with school and sports. and then worse of all they are going to the Spanish trip to Argentina for 2 months ... I was going to go but I think you know why I can't anymore....
