Finney Pov

It was 11:34am I had plans for today actually. I'm gonna hang out with Y/n. I dont know what were gonna do but at least I won't be home.

Dragging myself out of bed I got dressed and left the room. Walking out I saw my dad fast asleep on the couch.  Quietly I left the house and started walking to Y/n's house.

I stopped walking when I got to the house. Walking up to the door I started knocking.

"Oh Hi Finney. What are you doing here?" Mrs. Arellano asked.

"Uh is Y/n here we're supposed to hang out today." I thought she would know already Y/n tells her mother everything

"Here why dont you come inside" She walked inside and i followed. I sat down at the table.

"Would you like something to drink?" She asked and i just shook my head.

"Well I heard Y/n got detention so I'm pretty sure she got home late last night but I didnt see her come in" She looked worried

"Oh yeah Y/n got in another fight with the same kid actually" She just shook her head in dissapointment

"You can go get her if you want." I left the table and headed to Y/n's room.

I knock on the door and waited for a response.

"Y/n? Are you there? Im going to come in?" I opened the door and it was empty. It wasn't unusual for her to be in Robins room but it was unusual for her mother to not hear her come home.I walked out and headed for Robin's room.

Knocking i did the same thing. Waited for a response and opened the door. Empty. She isnt here.

Unusual. I went back to the kitchen where Mrs. Arellano was going through something i dont knoe what but "She isnt here Mrs Arellano."

"Oh Um she could be with Gwen you could try to ring her with the phone" She gestured to the phone on the wall.

I grabbed the phone and put in Gwens friends house phone.

"Hello?"

"Hey is Gwen there it's Finney."

"Yeah she is. Gwen! Your brother is calling!" I heard from the other line.

"Finney? What's wrong?"

"Is Y/n there with you?"

"Isnt she supposed to be with you?

"Gwen. I can't find her. I checked her room and Robins too. Her mom doesnt even know where she is."

"Finney you know that cafe down the street from home? Meet me there I need to tell you something"

She hung up. I said goodbye to Mrs. Arellano and left. Speedwalking I went to the cafe. i sped walked.When I got to the cafe I saw Gwen sitting down I sat down across her.

"Finney last night I had another vision. And you're probably not going to believe me but I need you to trust me." She looked at me she was serious. I nodded my head

"When i went to sleep I had a vision about black balloons. But i couldnt see a lot. The person im assuming the grabber grabbed hid them with the balloons. But I did see something else. "

"What?"

"H/c hair. Then the black van. Thats it."

"So you think Y/n got taken by the grabber?" I didnt want to believe it. But Y/n would never stand me up I would hope.

"Okay thank you Gwen I'm going to go find Y/n now see you later

Unbelievable first Robin now Y/n. Could this year get any worse. It better not.
