[Percy POV:]

Telling the story of the wolf king went easier than I expected, the story flowed well, at least i think it did anyway. We're now just sitting by the Tv all of us in blankets watching something called Taskmaster? I was funny seeing them do all kinds of stupid tasks while getting points that were clearly bias to what was most funny or sucking up to the host. I had Reyna cuddled up in my fur already asleep peacefully. I would never have thought she'd actually let her guard down around any of us, let alone monsters. She looked so cute I couldn't help the desire to nuzzle a strand of her hair out of her beautiful face.. Something the rest of the females in the room noticed giving me knowing looks..

"Hey it's not like that! I'm just making sure she is comfortable.." what I am!

"Sure wolf, I've only known you a few hours and I see how you look at the demigod" spoke Arachnid. I will never be used to that voice. Ever. Gotta admit those legs do make up for it in a very confusing way.. Did I just think spider legs are sexy? I can't even blame the wolf brain on that one. Still true though... Holy Hera I need help.

"And now you're looking at me in the same way... should I be worried during our travels wolf?" Please let me die now. Zeus? please? Sheesh he never kills you when you actually want him to does he.. I bet If I marched up to him asking for death he'd find some stupid reason to suddenly keep me alive like being a guardian or something.

"I- I was not! I'm not looking at anyone in any way!" I responded defensively. I definitely was, what I'm a male wolf ok..

"Oh my should I be worried too Damian? You should know I have my hands full with one daughter as it is" now they're just teasing me.. It's not my fault that those scales look sexy on her! I should probably stop thinking now.

"Sexy scales you say? I'll take that as a compliment" I said that aloud?!? Fates please erase that from history.

[Fates POV:]

"No"

[Percy POV:]

"Seems your wolf companion wants to make another pack of his own" she laughed. Zeus if ever was the time to throw a bolt at me, now would be the time....

Please?

My pleas unanswered like usual, I went back to watching the Tv opting to pretend like nothing happened. Because nothing happened ya got it?

Anna, Emily and Fidi were in the camper, snoozing in comfort. Since they weren't too keen on sleeping in a literal den of spiders. Understandable, I'm surprised Reyna and I weren't deterred by the thought.

"So, tell me honestly why do you both want to join me on my way to Alaska, I know you're hiding something, but I feel I can trust you for some odd reason" I had my suspicions since she asked, only increased when she led us here, but I want to trust them. I want to believe they can be more than just monsters again.

"Medusa, tell him. He can not hear you here" who is he? Oooh I smell drama. Kinda pungent, Wait thats just the left over food from earlier Stupid wolf nose

"Are you sure?" Arachnid gave a nod "ok then.. I was told to follow you by someone, someone who has been contacting me since I reformed. He would often ask me to gather information for him on monsters and demigods alike before I settled down here. After that he'd only check I was 'in my place' that is until some days back when he informed me that Percy Jackson may be on route to me in order to save the Titans much like you intend to do Damian. I was told to kill him on sight. I had half a mind to refuse, I no longer care for revenge now I've my Fidi. but this man, whoever he is, I feel a fear for him instinctively. When you arrived he spoke to me again, told me I must convince you to let me join you on your travels and sabotage it. He doesn't want the Titans free much more than he wants Percy dead.. I didn't want to betray the first trust any demigod had truly given me even if a wolf. So I contacted Arachnid and asked for her help. I.. I want to fight against them" holy Hera I don't know what I was expecting (maybe a minor trap here, or a secret betrayal there), but this was not it.
