Kong POV:

This is not my P'Kong. Tell me P, you know you can tell me – what happened to you P?" – Arthit burst out.

"What will I tell you, Oon?"

"Why don't you start from the beginning, P?"

Let me then take you to the day I met Thun.

Flashback:

It was a weekend and I was away on one of my photographic solo trips. I was at a lake trying to take a photo of the lovely sunset, someone accidentally bumped into me and I fell into the water.

The next thing I know was someone jumping along with me to save me. Little did I know that person does not know about swimming. Instead of him saving me I ended up pulling out a drowning stranger from the lake. I gave him first aid and then took him to the hospital and got him admitted. As my phone stopped working, I rushed back to the hotel room to get my spare so that I could inform dad about the incident and how I might be away for a longer time than expected.

After freshening up, and buying dinner when I came back to the hospital to check on the person, I found that he got discharged, leaving a note for me.

"Thank you very much for saving me. I am totally fine now. Kindly contact me at this number. I would like to return the favor"

At first, it was more about me getting angry because the stranger vanished, but then I felt intrigued about how a person who does not know swimming jumps into the lake to save a soul.

I called the number and we decided to meet at the hotel restaurant where I was staying.

On the meeting day, as I was waiting for the stranger to show up, I saw someone who was about to open the door run all the way back just to pull a small kid who was running to cross the road without looking. He saved the kid but took a bad fall. After small chaos, he gets up and cleans himself, then walks back to the hotel. When he opened the door and stepped in, I realized that it is the same stranger who jumped into the lake to save me.

As I was wondering how selfless a person can be, he stood in front of me with his hands out for a shaking hand.

"Hi, I am Thun."

"Hi Thun, I am Kong."

During our meeting, he said that he grew up as an orphan and does not know who his parents or family are. Even the orphanage does not maintain any contact with him. That meeting was the start.

Soon instead of being acquaintances, we became friends. Then he started joining me on all of my trips. I started teaching him swimming and photography. Slowly we started to share all about ourselves with one other. This friendship when it turned to more than that, I don't know Oon. During one of our trips, Thun proposed to me and I accepted.

After that, I confessed to mom and dad about the same and you know what happened next.

Now what I am going to tell no one knows Oon. Only me and Thun were aware of these happenings. I truly hope you will keep it that way."

"Don't worry P. You can trust me with that. But before that why don't you wash up your hands. I will keep the plates for washing." - said Arthit

After cleaning up the table and washing up, Arthit suggests Kong they continue their talk in the bedroom than in the dining. Even though it is very late at night or early morning he doesn't want anyone to hear the secret Kong had agreed to share with him.

"P, let us go to your room. There is a chance that aunty can come to my room uninvited."

"Sure Oon. Let us go there."
