A week had passed after Taehyung learned about the ravennette's engagement. The pain was still fresh but he was still hoping that Jeongguk will comeback to him. He was still fighting for his love even though it was one sided.

But he wasn't pestering Jeongguk liked he used to. He would just take care of the ravennette's needs secretly, because Jeongguk doesn't like to see him. He would cook his foods, wash and iron his clothes, polish his shoes, clean his bedroom and many more. He was completely fine with loving the older from afar, as long as he could see Jeongguk happy and contented.

The loud sound of a gunshots, that echoed around the mansion had brought Taehyung out from his thoughts of misery. He could see his fellow servants rushing here and there, so he too followed where the sound came from, concerned on what's happening.

There he saw the ravennette in a very wrecked state. Disheveled hair, crumpled clothes with blood stains on it. Murderous eyes and completely drunk, shooting everywhere, until his gun ran out of bullet.

"Jeonggukkie!" A very innocent Taehyung screamed and rushed towards the older. He hugged the ravennette tightly, not caring about the harm he could get from the lashing male.

"What happened to you, gukkie? Are you hurt?" He asked cupping the older's cheeks and checking for any sign of injuries. Completely unbothered by the murderous eyes of the ravennette's and the judging looks of the servants about his actions.

The younger was about to speak but got cut off when Jeongguk suddenly choked him. "ARE YOU FUCKING HAPPY NOW, BITCH?!" He roared while shaking the younger who's struggling to breath because of the tight hold around his neck.

" W--hat are you saying, gukkie?" He managed to asked with a choked sob. His doe eyes were trying to hold back its tears. But failed miserable when a set of tears rolled down his chubby cheeks. He was scared, but the urge to understand the reason for the older's wrecked state conquered his fears. Jeongguk will always be his priority.

" Stop acting oblivious! You wanted this to happened. Ji Eun, fucking cheated on me! You probably will be dancing in happiness because I'm alone now, right? Then let me tell you this slut, no matter how much you tried to push yourself on me, I will never love you back. You will never have me. Because I'll fucking kill you now!" And tightened his grip around the poor boy's neck. He could see the innocent teary eyes of the younger looking at him without fear but rather concerned was all he could see. He could see the younger's lips turning blue. Moreover he could feel him trembling In his hold.

Despite of the younger's situation, he still managed to caress the older's cheeks with his small hands and said " p-lease calm down, gukkie."

Seeing the innocent boy trying to comfort him, when he himself was struggling causes the ravennette to suddenly let go of the younger and walked out like nothing happened.

"Tae! Are you okay? Let's bring you the clinic." A very frantic Jin held Taehyung.

"I'm okay, Jinnie hyung. N-o need to panic." The younger said and rubbing his neck trying to soothe the pain.

"We're sorry, Tae. We can't do anything to help you. Jeongguk will not hesitate to kill us if we tried to meddle with his life." Namjoon said softly, eyes full of pity for the said male. And the four other males with him nodded their head at the same time.

Jeongguk's has five trusted man in his mafia empire. They were known as the Golden 5. Namjoon was the right hand of the ravennette. His boyfriend Jin was the doctor of the Gang. Yoongi was the hacker, while his boyfriend Jimin was the seducer. Lastly, J-hope was the spy of the group. All of them was a good fighter. But despite their position, they couldn't still go against Jeongguk.

The Golden 5 treats Taehyung like their younger brother ever since he started working in the mansion, 2 months ago. They grew a soft spot for the younger because of his innocence and kindness. And it hurts them to see the kind soul being treated harshly by their boss.

The understanding younger immediately shaked his head and said "It's okay, hyungs. My gukkie doesn't mean to hurt me. He was just sad and upset because Ji Eun noona cheated on him."

"Why do you love that bastard so much, Tae? You don't deserve him. You're an angel. He doesn't deserve your love and kindness." Yoongi, finally spoke, trying to make the younger understand.

"No, don't say that, Yoongi hyung. Jeonggukie deserves my love. H-he is just a little bit lost." The younger said, trying to defend his beloved ravennette.
