THE INAUGURAL ADDRESS OF HRH, EMPRESS ALEXANDRIA SCORPIUS
DIVINE RULER OF THE ASTROLOGICAL COMMONWEALTH
My citizens,
For the sake of protecting the privacy of those involved and to cut down on the length of this address however possible, I have chosen to redact the remainder of meeting transcripts from Philip's time in the Taurusan territory. I hope my intention in doing so is understood as a necessary action and that my administration can be trusted by you, my citizens, to fully address all documentation sent to us prior to my inauguration in the most appropriate ways possible as I begin my service as your Divine Ruler.
I have chosen to allow the publication of a few other letters from Philip's time in the Taurusan territory, however, as they showcase the danger and risks taken by my brother in order to serve our beloved Commonwealth. I understand that this may be a somewhat selfish action, as I have grown to love my late brother and wish to honor his sacrifice personally. Regardless, sharing his story serves a dual purpose. One purpose, the admittedly selfish one, allows me to honor him as my brother and fallen ally. The other purpose, which I believe is my duty as your Divine Ruler, is to showcase a true Sagitarrian patriot sacrificing everything for the sake of the betterment of this nation, a nation in much need of change.
I hope his story can empower patriots across our great territories to work toward the betterment of our nation in whatever ways they deem fit. Afterall, as we just read in the words of TAEI Leader and national hero Lou Kanders state in regards to these injustices: "We cannot be upset if we do not try to right these wrongs. Indeed, our missions are crucial."
HRH, Empress Alexandria Scorpius

HRH Alexandria Scorpius,
As you have read, my time in the Taurusan territory has been packed full of meetings organizing with community members that wish to see a more just administration under your rule come November 21st, 2400. Up until now, I have largely been sharing the stories of others, but given that I leave for the Virgonian territory in the morning, I wish to write of my own personal thoughts and observations at this point in my mission.
Firstly, the meetings in which Brock set up for me have made me truly hopeful for the future. There's an energy and passion within the Taurusan territory that proves better days are ahead for the Commonwealth. Your citizens yearn for just leadership, and although it is quite the responsibility, many have faith that you will live up to the expectation. I trust you will do everything in your power to not disappoint them.
Secondly, there's been an increase in security precautions already for my personal safety, as I have been spotted and stopped by authorities for identification more than Brock and I had expected when planning this leg of the mission. The Taurusan and Virgonian territories are on the safer side in terms of police presence, but something tells me I need to be more cautious. Before I left home, both Brock and I agreed that we did not believe I'd be on any federal citizen blacklist, at least not at first. However, given that I am the twin brother of the next Divine Ruler and work with those who want to see major reform, it makes sense that the current administration would have close tabs on me, especially since I am now moving and interviewing with like minded people. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, there may be less potential to meet with locals in the rest of the territories going forward. We don't want to put ourselves or any citizen in danger.
As of now, however, there's still nothing to fear. That being said, I did accept this mission only after first considering the risks involved. I have come to peace with the possibility of sacrificing a great deal to get these messages to you. I find peace in the idea that I'm working to make the Commonwealth better, even if it causes me to get stalked, injured, or worse.
