Nayeli's POV

It must have been almost a week now since I went out to the nightclub and ran into the guy who still occupied my thoughts. He was just amazing and his whole aura made me want to be around him and even more.

I had even gone back to the nightclub to ask them if they knew who he was but they told me that they couldn't divulge his name like that.

I at least knew that he must be important for them not to give his name like that.

I finally snapped out of my reverie and got up from my bed, walking to my kitchen. My fridge was empty and I knew it, but even so I was hopeful that some miracle had filled it.

"Shit...I have to go shopping.."

I put on my sneakers, grabbed my wallet and walked out, not forgetting my keys. The nearest supermarket was less than a ten minute walk away and then it wasn't like I had anything better to do.

I walk quietly, hands in my pockets and my music in my ears while observing the people around. It was Friday and most people at that time were getting ready to go out or go home after a good day at work so it was pretty busy.

I return home after almost an hour and stop to pick up my mail. I frowned when I saw a letter with a stamp on it that I didn't recognize and grabbed it, checking to see if anything else was marked on it.

I eventually let it go and went upstairs to my apartment, going straight to put my groceries away before going into my living room and opening my mail.

"Ma'am, I am pleased to announce that your application for our contest has been accepted. Our team agreed that you perfectly embody what we have been trying to convey through our new game. We look forward to seeing you at the following address for the presentation of your role and the expectations we have of you."

What the hell is this mess?

I turn the sheet over and over, looking for a mistake but stop when I see the information under my name. It wasn't my phone number but Alexia's.

"What the hell did she do now?" I said as I grabbed my phone, calling her straight away.

"Hello?" She says to me with a cheerful voice.

"What's this whole story about a contest I won? I didn't enter anything!"

She squeals when she hears me and I frown, even more in awe.

"You won? Nayeli that's great!" She says clearly happy to hear the news

"Alexia what did you do again?"

"I entered you in a contest held by the game company that created Valhalla. They were looking for a muse. Basically a model who advertises the game in all fields." She answered me with an incredible calm, as if it was the most normal thing she could have done.
