Note: This is going to be for both you and them so I can kill 2 birds with one stone. I also may have taken some inspiration from healerelowen on Tumblr.

Leshy:

You Get Sick: Leshy drops everything to help you recover when you're sick. Worried af and will stay close to you to fetch you anything you may need or just keep you company, unless you tell him you want to be alone in which oblige, still hangs around just encase. Will try to keep you entertained if you want him to. This most likely includes him telling you stories, showing you old pictures, he's taken of his domain (most likely places you haven't travelled too yet), or playing a quick card game with one another (if you feel well enough to play). Leshy also isn't concerned about getting sick himself, since he rarely ever does, so cuddles are very much on the table.
Even though you don't need it, he can and will carry you everywhere if you ask for it or he deems it necessary (if he sees you're struggling to walk or you just seem loopy).
Leshy doesn't know much about caring for a sick person and may need you to tell him what to do. He knows the basics of what to look out for to tell if the sickness is getting worse, but not much else. He's also fine with dealing with all the gross stuff that comes with being sick.

He Gets Sick: Honestly doesn't believe that he's sick at first and may try to play it off as nothing. It will take you basically dragging him to his bed or for him to nearly pass out from being sick for him to finally admit it and take a well needed rest. He will let you take care of him and still enjoys your company, there's never a moment he doesn't like being with you, but is also terrified of getting you sick as well.
His friends tend to stop by and help you out with the situation in some way shape or form. The Angler brings food and may even help you prepare a meal that Leshy would like. The Trapper and Trader show up to give both pelts and medicine. The Prospector mostly just shows up to give Leshy some extra company but also sticks around to help you keep Leshy's cabin clean and complete a few chores (mostly collecting and chopping wood for the fireplace).
Leshy definitely showers you in affection once he's better as thanks for taking care of him (and to make up for the times he couldn't while sick). His friend might also set up a bonfire to celebrate and you all just hang out under the stars.

Grimora:

You Get Sick: She is amazing at dealing with illnesses. It makes sense though. People die from illnesses all the time. Grimora would probably be the first to notice that you were sick. You just assumed you weren't feeling the best, but Grimora is quick to check your temperature and confirm her suspicions. Grimora isn't as overbearing as Leshy and gives more space while also letting you wander around if you feel like you can. She's trusts your judgement for the most part, unless you're one of those people that absolutely refuses to admit your sick. Grimora is a busy person and, in cases where she can't be there, will have her skeleton friends take care of you. Grimora leaves you an entire bookshelf of books to read while you recover and she, along with her undead friends, are more than willing to entertain you with a card game if that's what you would want. Grimora loves to take morning and afternoon strolls and will try to include you in these every so often so you can get some fresh air instead of being in the same stuffy room all day.
She also makes you tea and simple desserts (if you're stomach isn't upset).

She Gets Sick: So none of the Scrybes get sick often, but Grimora is usually the least likely to get sick (outside of P03 for obvious reasons). Either way, it isn't impossible. Grimora knows when she's coming down with something and will start to take things easy while asking you for small favors. Kaycee, Sawyer, and Royal start to help out around the graveyard a lot more while you and Grimora relax. You make her tea and the two of you just talk.
It's pretty hard to tell that Grimora's even sick. Her skin is always a naturally sick hue, and she acts the same, albeit more tired. Leans on you more often for support when the two of you go for walks around her domain.
