So, I've been wanting to write a book for Inscryption since I got into the fandom but didn't know what to write for the longest time. Mostly because a lot of the ideas I could think of off the top of my head already have stories about them and I also like to base my stories loosely off of my OCs for the fandom, which I didn't really have for the longest time.
Anyway, I recently got around to making a base for a scrybe OC and you can probably see where this is going-
I've have not seen any Scrybe reader x Inscryption stuff yet (outside of a short oneshot thing on Tumblr that is now buried somewhere on the site) and decided that I could make a story off of that. Felt like I should run the idea by my Inscryption readers to see how much you guys would want to read something like that.
Short description of what to expect:
The story will go through the events of the game somewhat with Luke taking the place of the challenger (he might not be named until later on in the story though). I will leave it open for you to decide what you are the Scrybe of exactly and I may do the same for whatever beast card you turn into (if you want to pick one that's already in the game or make your own).
The story is most likely going to lean into some poly stuff eventually and I'm probably going to use the idea that the Scrybes used to be married before getting a divorce (which the reader would have most likely been a part of or I may write it to where they avoided the whole situation). Overall, it's not the most original plot and I'm still deciding what to do with the story (meaning some of this is subject to change).
If you guys have any more questions about the possible book, then feel free to ask! Ideas and comments are also welcome! I've had this idea on my mind all day but didn't get the chance to post about it until now, when I'm dead tired, so I might have left some stuff out or explained stuff poorly.
