Get Out My Way Nerd
My alarm clock rung waking me up. I got out of bed and gracefully walked to the bathroom. Today was another day of school. I was ready to see what challenging math questions Mr.Loft had for me. I got in the shower. As I was scrubbing myself clean I was also singing. I loved to sing but I wasnt that good. Pretty pretty please don't you ever ever feel like your less than f''***in' perfect. Pretty pretty please if you ever ever feel like your nothing. You are perfect to me. I loved that song because I felt like it was made for me. When I was done with my shower I brushed my teeth and went back to me room.
My room was really neat and in order. I had a whole bunch of bookes on the bookcase and my desk was facing the wall. It had a black laptop on top that I rarely used because I wasnt on one of those social networks.
I went to my closet and picked out something to wear. Unlike other nerds I actually had a sense of style. I pulled out my light blue skinny jeans and a plaid shirt. I put it on leaving the plaid shirt open.(Dont worry I have a white tank under it). I put on my black converes, grabbed my backpack. As I was walking down the stairs I realized I forgot something. MY GLASSES ! I dashed back up the stairs and grabbed my glasses off my night stand.
When I was down the stairs my mom was in the kitchen with my new dad Zack. He was pretty cool but the thing that I hated about him was that I had to move into his house. It was really big kind of like a mansion but it didnt matter to me. I had to make new friends which didnt really work out for me but who needed friends when you had teachers.
Zack was kind of muscular with dirty blonde hair. He made my mother happy so his looks didnt really bother me.
"Hey mom. Hey Zack." I said while I entered the kitchen.
"Hey sweetie" my mother said happily.
I grabbed a plate of the eggs that my mom made and sat down at the dining table. I tried to eat quickly so that I wouldnt miss the bus.
When I was done I put the plate in the sink and walked to the front door.
"Bye mom.Bye Zack." I yelled while walking outside. As I walked outside I saw Mason the schools hottest jock walk outside. He was the only person that was nice to me ever since I got here.
"Hey Camille" He said walking close to me.
I got kind of nervous but I didnt let it control me. I told my self that I had no chance with him at all.
"Hey Mason." I replied back.
When he got close to me we walked to half way to the bus stop together. He couldnt be seen with me it would ruin his reputation. I understood that so I didnt let it get to me.
I walked alone for the rest of the way. Then I noticed the bus was there. I got on and tried to look for an empty seat.
People were yelling at me and throwing stuff at me calling me a nerd. I had gotten used to it so I didnt cry. Then the head barbie was behind me. Bridgit.
" Move it nerd girl" she snapped at me.
Quickly I sat down in a seat so she could walk by. The person that was sitting next to me waz Madison. She wasnt mean at all but she was popular. She smiled at me. I smiled back,
" Hi Camille or can I call you Cami?" she asked me still smiling.
No one ever called me Cami before so of course I approved of it.
"Why dont you ever stand up for yourself?" she asked me
"I've gotten used to it and so it doesnt bother me. It used to hurt me but I got over it." i explained to her.
