So somehow everyone seems to think this is about Gigi or a female just because of the pronouns. And here is my take on it.

This is obviously questioning someone else who is a hidden lover. A lover who isn't talking about or who doesn't want to be talked about. He is waiting for said lover to show up. Has been for quite a while.

Literally being a supportive secret lover/boyfriend. Asking him to tell the world how he feels what he feels. wether it is for him or just in general. Just express himself. Z is hurting because of said lover but has accepted it. He thinks that's the way his lover shows him love.

The secret hidden lover is helping him cheat on the girl but also somehow z is in love with the said lover. Still waiting for them to come around.

Z's girl is hot and amazing and he is not going to leave her quit on her/good sex, but he is waiting for the lover to show up.

The fact that these are the ending Lines on a song about s*x tells me more than fucking enough, that's what originally piqued my interest in analysing the song

The fucking hook "cigrettes and fuckin on the windowsill" is not even about the woman it's about his lover!!

Fair warning to the person who hurt Zayn Malik this bad that a song about sex is probably one of the saddest shit I have heard ever, I'm coming for you. No wonder Zayn wrote good guy, he definitely might be feeling like a peice trash for using this "she".
Like always this is my take on the song doesn't mean anything, it's isn't some hard truth but something I wanted to shed light on.
