"Goodbye, Mike" Those were the last words she had ever spoke to him, before she disappeared into nothingness. Her and El's screaming and the monsters blood curdling screeching always replayed in his mind.
It was the first thought that came to mind when he thought about her. He didn't know where they were sent too or if they were even alive. That was until Eleven showed up at his doorstep dustin and lucas by her side.
The sight of the girl with longer yet still short hair giving him hope that the one he loves is still out there.

Their eyes shot open. The world around them dark, cold, and empty. Coughing up water seeming to mixed with puke, Y/N got onto her feet helping El do the same.
Ash and other patricals flowed through the air in the science classroom. Only it wasn't the classroom they were in last.
Exiting the blue toned room they venture out into the hall. Taking cautious steps, some random unknown stuff crunching under their shoes. Letting out a groan the H/C girl settles against the wall balancing herself.
"Mike?" she calls out hoping that she could find someone there to help her and her sister. Her voice only echoed through the empty school. Walking faster down the hallway, tears pricking at El's eyes seeing as no one answered her sister calls.
"Mike? Mike!" Her arm over elevens shoulder keeping her close not wanting to lose her as well. Screaming out mike's and other party members names. Coming to a stop near a stairway, taking a break from the searching to catch their breaths.
The muffled sound of soldier's shouting came from a wall behind them. At the end of the hall a orangish pink light laid against the wall, the noises coming from it. Grabbing El's hand she leads them to the light, making sure not to step on the black roots that seemed to be alive.
